The period I referenced was the '60s.

Bobby Orr played for the Oshawa Generals from ''63 - '65, the Boston Bruins Jr. affiliate.

You are correct about the Petes being the Montreal Canadiens Jr. affiliate in Ontario during the '60's and early '70s. Kingston was from '72 onwards.
The Pete's always had great teams.

Skinny Minny Miller and Paul The Bear Rupert...
It was a shock to find out that the 'good guys' who were the home team and the 'bad guys' who were the visiting team reversed their roles when the home city of the broadcast changed.

And it was always the same story line no matter who were the good guys, who were the bad guys, whether they be good guys/bad guys or good girls/bad girls.

Basically the good guys or girls were being beat up, and losing badly and then and then, on the last go around the derby the hero guy or hero gal with the the help of their hero teams pummeled and made his/her way their the entire bad guy/girl team, who by then the entire bad guy/girl team was strewn all over the floor, and miraculously won the roller derby game or whatever the fuck they called that shitshow.

Does that sound about right?

1000-Matlock, dull and boring, every episode is the same
1100-Green Acres, still a funny show, stupidly silly
1130-Beverly Hillibillies, has lost a lot over the years, not that entertaining
1200-Fantasy Island, a bad show
100-Mission Impossible, earlier episodes were good but not the ones they’re showing now
200-Bewitched, two episodes, mildly entertaining but has not stood the test of time
300-The Odd Couple, classic TV, one of the best sitcoms ever
330-Family Ties, I remember this show as better in the 80s
400-Flying Nun, this show never did it for me
430-Get Smart, another stupidly funny show, still like it
500-Gilligan’s Island, a bad show, but I still like Mary-Anne
530-Brady Bunch, can’t do it anymore
I enjoy the Hillbillies as I have forgotten many of the later episodes. Elizabeth Montgomery on Bewitched is hot. The hot chicks on the Odd Couple...I love the style that women had back in those days.

Elizabeth Montgomery looked a lot sexier as Serena.

Never a fan of either shows.

Wish they would show "The Bob Newhart Show" and "Newhart".
I’ll watch Maude a couple of times to remind me what an average show it was...Benson wasn’t bad, we’ll have to see how well it transforms now.
