BTW, you all know what Dutch Oven means, don't you?

That's when you pull the top sheet over your bed partner's head and then fart!

More or less the same as trying to pull the wool over our eyes before shitting all over this thread.

So, yes, "S" stands for "shit"!

Wow, you are sharp!

Well, at least sharper than your alter ego Frank who thought it meant pulling the sheets over your own head!

C'mon, S, I've repeatedly made fun of your love of farts here before.
And while you may love putting sheets on your head, marching around with pitchforks and even letting a few Rudy's rip, its really TMI for the board.

As resident self appointed legal expert, who do you think is going to be in legal trouble first?
Paxton, with the subpoena just delivered or Trump, with his more serious ongoing SDNY investigations?

Well, you are truly losing it if that is the best you can do!

You have more time to write shit than I have patience to read it!

And you don't need me to call you out on it... you are doing a pretty good job of shitting all over yourself... of course, I understand that you have no clue...

Oh, the irony! Oh, the hubris!

And yet - you do, and you take the time to respond with such important points!

I freely admit that posting here on TERB is an unjustifiable waste of time, but a guilty pleasure. Can you do the same?

Oh, the irony! Oh, the hubris!

Correct concept, wrong target.

Btw, accepting for the moment that you ever attended law school, did you get yourself a jacket or a hoodie with "Law" embroidered on it? LOL!

Slow day, only 2 S's so far.
Its just hard work trying to keep up with court cases, I think Trump is at 55 losses in a row so far but I think I'm far short of that in S's.

Ok, so are the fake states a 'theory of fact' or a 'theory of law'?
Do they appear rational to you?

Louisiana v Texas - USSC 1900

Comment and expound.

(Hint: - That's the one where it was decided that citizens of 1 state could not sue the authorities in another state over alleged administrative malfeasance).

Michigan Supreme Court Spikes Trump Appeal That Pretended ‘Hearsay within Hearsay’ Was a Smoking Gun

It may be good enough for dutch but so far those theories of facts and law are failing spectacularly.
Trump’s misinformation campaign against Michigan’s elections has leaned heavily on a rumor passed on by poll watcher Jessica Connarn, who signed an affidavit stating that an unidentified person told her about what “other hired poll workers at her table” had told her about ballot-counting inside Detroit’s TCF Center.

Connarn submitted a yellow Post-It note scrawled with a vague and equivocal statement as evidence.

None of it impressed judges at every level of Michigan’s judiciary.

“‘I heard someone else say something,’” Michigan Judge Cynthia Stephens said on Nov. 5, summing up an affidavit submitted by the Trump campaign. “Tell me how that is not hearsay. Come on now!
