Coming from the guy who named himself dutch oven, this may be the best self own on the board.
Oh, by the way, in a nice little warmup to the Texas suit the SC killed one attempt.
But you just keep living the dream and wait for that ultimate recognition of the brilliance of your theory of fact and law that appears rational.

Supreme Court deals reality check to Trump's post-election legal fight
love the quote: “I may need to take back what I said about Rep. Kelly’s PA suit being the dumbest case I’ve ever seen filed on an emergency basis at the Supreme Court,” Rick Hasen, a law professor at the University of California, Irvine, wrote on the Election Law Blog. “This new one from the indicted Texas AG Ken Paxton … probably should win that prize.”

The fake news media is having a laughfest reading Rudy and his infected team's handiwork.
Almost as enjoyable as winning yet another S from our resident legal expert.

Why this Texas 'election fraud' lawsuit is a total and complete joke

Dutch oven's work is urgently needed in the US, someone has to explain the theory of law and fact.
"I read just the summary of it, and I frankly struggle to understand the legal theory of it," Texas Republican Sen. John Cornyn told CNN's Manu Raju Wednesday night about the Paxton suit. "Number one, why would a state, even such a great state as Texas, have a say so on how other states administer their elections? We have a diffused and dispersed system and even though we might not like it, they may think it's unfair ... those are decided at the state and local level and not at the national level. So it's an interesting theory, but I'm not convinced."

Nice, I think that makes it a '4 S day', which about equals the losses of yours and Trump's arguments in court.
Keep it up, you're on a roll.

Maybe you should stick to watching the dog chasing his tail.

South Dakota files an amicus brief in support of the Brnovich (Arizona) case before SCOTUS:

Here's the amicus brief:

Deeper, dutchie, you can dig deeper still!
C'mon, this is the big one, the one you and Trump have been waiting for, the one that validated your ever so excellent theory of fact and law that appears rational to you.

But whatever you do, don't read Pennsylvania's response to Texas, you won't like it.
The cascading series of compounding defects in Texas’s filings is only underscored by the surreal alternate reality that those filings attempt to construct. That alternate reality includes an absurd statistical analysis positing that the probability of President-Elect Biden winning the election was “one in a quadrillion.”

Imagine that, only one in a quadrillion chances that Biden won the election.
You've got some serious stats people on your team.

Apparently some people are taking this Texas lawsuit seriously.

But that's matched by this.

All for a case that the supreme court will never hear.

Yeah, but if the court case is ongoing and likely to not be finished in 41 days its a pointless venture.
Which would leave him bright enough still to be a major star in Trump's legal team, which are now all in quarantine.
Trump will see him on TV fighting for Trump.
That's all he needs from the case to maybe get a pardon.
