Dutch, my bet is that YOU don't even know what debate your engaged with in this thread.

But tell us again how the judges all got "laches" wrong and you got it right. That was a good one.
C'mon, you're asking him to explain this to us...what did the rest of us do to you?

He "explained" it further up the thread and told me how an federal appellate bench all got it wrong......

Can he get pardoned for crimes that are still in court?
Sounds like he's not that bright.
Bright enough to know if you kiss Trump's arse you stand a great chance at a pardon. The more delusional for Trump the better!

Is that what you think every time someone quickly takes their leave from you at a social event? That they simply have no answer for your iron clad and forceful opinions? If so, you're missing the point.

What debate do you think I'm engaged with in this thread? My bet is that you don't even know.
Bad metaphor, we should be asking you what you think Cliff Clavin on Cheers felt after explanation of how things worked fell flat.
All the Kraken's died.
Now 46 pages of 'theories of fact and law that appeared rational' to you are down to an indicted governor's Hail Mary pass to the supreme court.
Think this Kraken will rise from the deep?

Yeah, but if the court case is ongoing and likely to not be finished in 41 days its a pointless venture.
Which would leave him bright enough still to be a major star in Trump's legal team, which are now all in quarantine.

When has pointless stopped a hard core Trumper?

Lol. Theatre. It's all theatre, to make people think they have a legitimate case.

You're making yourself look as clued out as Shack, and that takes some doing. That, combined with how you all jump in on each other's conversations, is what makes me think you're really all the same user.

What debate do you think I'm engaged with in this thread?
You use your dumb S in every thread you are engaged in.

If you had something intelligent to reply with in all those threads you'd use it. Otherwise it is "D'oh. I better use S".

I only use that response with one particular poster (or rather, one of his handles). You didn't notice that? Maybe I should use it with you as well.

Whether or not you are a lawyer, I don't know...

But I certainly did not know you are a comedian... albeit not a very funny one... and pretty dumb too!

I know all the world's a stage... but your act is almost as bad an act as your pretence as a lawyer!

And, brilliant logic, Sherlock! FYI, I am all the other posters on this site...

Also, I am a woman, not a man... it's just you and me, baby... and, no, I don't want to fuck you! :ROFLMAO:

You are doing a pretty good job of fucking yourself...

Out of work paralegals should stick to their stock and trade, that being hovering around cops at the bottom of steep slope aiming radar guns at cars barrelling down towards them.

On a roll today, huh?

You think that Trump is actually going to win one of these useless, embarrassing lawsuits?... If he was going to win, would he have notched a few already? He's now at about 0-55.

I see you're not about to take my advice about posting something persuasive or interesting.

You are as good an example to me of a comedian as you are a lawyer.

I'll have to look to other role models.

Although I've always found it somewhat funny that a lawyer would adopt a legal handle on an anonymous internet board and then identify themselves as such. Funny or sad - hard to tell which. It seems like such a bad idea, it's hard to believe a lawyer would really do something as dumb as that, but then again, there are an awful lot of lawyers out there, and quite a few make really poor decisions, so I can't completely rule it out.

Coming from the guy who named himself dutch oven, this may be the best self own on the board.
Oh, by the way, in a nice little warmup to the Texas suit the SC killed one attempt.
But you just keep living the dream and wait for that ultimate recognition of the brilliance of your theory of fact and law that appears rational.
