No, I think he's just fucking around for the fun of it...he can't be wrong this much without doing it on purpose.

Covid doesn't fly around by itself infecting people. It's released from people in droplets that are blocked by masks, therefore blocking the virus in said droplets. That's how masks save lives.
KN95 masks are equally effective & have been available online & in stores this year.
Surgical like masks worn by many are almost equally effective.
Likewise many cloth masks are highly effective.
