They didn’t accept the loss because of Russian interference confirmed by a Republican-led Senate. However, no Democrat said there was voting fraud and that the results should be overturned.
The Russian interference didn't affect the counting of the votes, only in releasing hacked emails just at the moment Trump's pussy grabbing tapes became public.
Nobody has ever claimed foreign interference in the tallying of votes.

Trump has lied about every goddam thing. So he's truthful now? And the plot involved keeping the repubs in charge of the Senate and gave them 5 new seats in the house? And not shifting state legislators? Really?

Trump and McConnel have made it clear that the basic concept is "any votes cast for Democrats aren't legitimate" but how are they going to get that accepted?
McConnell is playing the long game. 70M people voted for trump so his choices are support trump and please his cult or piss them off for the next election(s).

Delegitimizing the elections is bad for the country overall.
The question of whether it is good politics is more up in the air. If you are saying the whole thing is a fraud, then why should they turn out to vote for the special election since it is useless?
It may help draw focus to Georgia or it may draw focus away from Georgia for the GOP base, which will be busy focusing on this other nonsense in a bunch of other states.

I don't know. We will probably see in a couple of weeks which way it actually goes. I can see the arguments for both effects and really don't know which one seems more likely.
Ploy might backfire. It's yet another insult to the hardcore Dem supporters who will be motivated to fight out the special elections.

Conciliatory overtures by the GOP and booting Trump out might create complacency in the GA Dem voters. The continuing barrage of contempt may well motivate them.

In Trump's America, each side's anger feeds off the perception of outrage by the other side. The GOP leaders feed their base BS about Dem corruption. The Dem rank and file can see GOP corruption for themselves.

It also drives the moderate RINO's further into the arms of the Dems and leaves the GOP in the hands of the wackos. And that's not a long-term win for the GOP either.

If not for blacks showing up in force in Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Detroit, and looks like Atlanta and Phoenix, the obnoxious, corrupt, narcissistic, selfish, mentally deranged, racist Donald J Trump would still be president and riding roughshod over everybody.
Not entirely accurate khufu, a large percentage of Americans under 40 voted for Biden.

All three cities are troubled, with high segregation and large black ghettos. Btw an accomplice teenager has been charged with supplying Kyle Rittenhouse with the assault rifle.

The difference between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia is fascinating. The Pres just got a gambling license in Pennsylvania, he's been doing pizza promotions. Blacks show up regularly in his Pittsburgh clips, not one in Philly.

If he continues reviewing cheesesteaks he's going to balloon to 300 lbs.

Don't forget that Hillary was a lot closer to Donald than Donald was to Joe, yet the Dems accepted defeat gracefully. Donald is a scumbag yet again. At least he is consistent.
