Do you have a link to an official government statistics site that backs up these claims?? Or are you just assuming all this??
Road deaths are down 70% – but is there a plan to keep them low?

Many kids & young people's lives have already been saved due to the worldwide lockdowns.

Because motor vehicle accident deaths are the #1 leading worldwide cause of death in such.

"Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for U.S. teens."

"Each year, 1.35 million people are killed on roadways around the world.4

"...Road traffic injuries are estimated to be the eighth leading cause of death globally for all age groups and the leading cause of death for children and young people 5–29 years of age. More people now die in road traffic crashes than from HIV/AIDS.4"

But hardly anybody is dying. Only 4 deaths in the last week or so.
That tells me almost all new infections are young people.
Thats best and quickest way to get herd immunity
Recent deaths are low among Sweden's 3 Nordic neighbours also. OTOH Sweden has way more total deaths than their 3 Nordic neighbours (Norway, Finland, Denmark) combined while Sweden has a 50% larger population than the 3 of them combined. And Sweden is no better off economically. Clearly hard lockdowns, as occurred in those 3 nations, were the superior choice to Sweden's soft voluntary isolation approach.

Sweden dead = 5,918
Norway dead = 278
Finland dead = 346
Denmark dead = 677

And do you have stats for:

2) flu deaths & serious complications have decreased tremendously
3) C-19 ill health & deaths are far less due to the lockdowns
4) likewise probably other communicable diseases (e.g. tuberculosis, HIV) have been greatly reduced by the extreme safety measures in place
5) street crimes have probably been highly reduced.
6) families have been able to spend more time together enjoying each others company while free from the slavery of that 4 letter word "work" that the vast majority hate. Giving more time for quality of life activities like sex & various entertainments.
7) abortions (child murder) are probably down.

You have very little understanding of herd immunity amongst many other things. Herd immunity is not dependent on the number of deaths nor the spread of the virus in one country in comparison to others with a higher number cases.
Again herd immunity is seen in the rate of transmission of the Coronvairus in the community, and that rate of transmission in Sweden is not only very high but it has substantially been increasing for almost 2 months now.

Sweden's # of cases:
Oct 20----------1293
Oct 21----------1575
Oct 22----------1255

7 Day average:
Sept 1----------162
Oct 22----------1,013

They are averaging 800+ cases more per day now then just around 2 months ago.

Even with the reduced number of deaths in Sweden which is not limited to only Sweden, they are just comparable to only one of their Nordic bordering neighbours countries Denmark yet they are still seeing a substantially higher number of deaths than Finland and Norway in recent times.

Deaths since Sept 1st:
Sweden----------93----------9.2/Mln
Denmark--------69----------11.9/Mln
Norway----------15----------2.8/Mln

Finland-----------17----------3.1/Mln

Understanding why Italy, Spain, UK, and Belgium have such a high number of deaths very early on and per capita would answer your question. I believe it's been explained to you numerous times, not that you've retained any of the information.
It's still amazing you compare Sweden to countries that share less similarities with Sweden yet avoid comparing Sweden to it's Nordic bordering neighbours who they share more similarities with. It's quite ingenious. :ROFLMAO:

I've posted plenty of stats. Add common sense to that vs your nothing & it's a slam dunk.

In fact just me vs you is on its own a slam dunk in my favour ;

No clue why people reuse masks endlessly, cloth or otherwise.

cheap 3 ply non surgical makes more sense. End of the day toss it. New day, new mask. No wasted time cleaning. Style, all masks look like 💩

The only comparison for Sweden that matters are other Nordic bordering neigbhours (Denmark, Norway, Finland) who they share more similarities with than the rest of Europe and their Death/Mln is signifcantly higher than those 3 countries.

Environmental concerns?

Throwing masks in the wash or a sink with soap isn't exactly difficult.

Still waiting for you to explain what being the 4th highest death rate is supposed to prove?
It proves that the Swedish model worked better than some countries which mandated masks

Sweden's strategy in comparison to it's Nordic bordering neighbours Denmark, Norway, Finland who all saw the spread of the Coronavirus in the same timeline, but Sweden took a different route proves that Sweden's strategy of no shutdowns and little if any mandated preventive measures in place for the public will leave more people unnecessarily vulnerable to the Coronavirus and that in affect will have substantially higher unnecessary deaths amongst the general population.
