I am sure the courts will take that into consideration in sentencing. In this case protection of the public will be a big factor

When he gets out of prison he should be gifted a bullet at 1200 feet per second.He was doing 120kmh in a 60 zone
When he eventually gets out of prison he should have his driver's license revoked for life
4 lives lost for no reason at all. Cant imagine what the father if those kids is going through and what his life is going to look like from now.
I don't believe he was being chased by the cops when this happened. From what I have read the cops spotted him, put on their cherries but did not engage in a high speed pursuit. Even if they did the blame from this accident rests solely on this punk's reckless behavior.
The Cops have to attempt to apprehend the suspect. They did this by turning on their lights hoping he would pull over. I heard they turned them off a short time later before the crash occurred.
I wonder if they are waiting to see what his medical outcome is?
Maybe he is in really rough shape and his survival is unsure?

What a effin tragedy that could have been prevented. The unsung hero if there is such a thing in this mess is Mr Singh who seen the kid go through an intersection, almost hit a lady & crashed into some planters & Singh opens the doors & tried to grab the keys...this was TWO FUCKING DAYS PREVIOUS. Tells the OPP this guy is going to kill himself or someone else. I'm guessing someone in that crowd got his plate & two days later he kills four innocent people. I'd be beyond pissed at the police if that was my family & found out they didn't do anything.
Should be an automatic 10yr sentence with no parole for each victim, no justice for the familes of these loved ones. Pathetic liberal judicial system we have here, I'd have know problem giving my own brother 20 years if he killed two people while under the influence...my dad would probably ask for more time. This little punk shouldn't be out till he's eligible for CPP, absolutely heartbreaking. If there was any real justice it would be taking this piece of shit to the morgue & putting him face to face with every victim to see what he did. Same with that pos Muzzo, living the life of a playboy less than 4 1/2 years of wiping out 3 generations. If that was my fam i'd have a nice piece of Pb waiting for him

Our laws are hot fucking garbage when it comes to impaired driving. They arrested a multiple time offender again today.....they need to really give the laws some teeth.
From my understanding that clip wasn't from two days prior, it was from minutes prior. The crash happened down the street a short time later.
If it was in fact two days prior, how do you know the police weren't trying to track him down?
This chick is a nutcase. There was a thread on her 3 years ago during her original case. She was already on a one year driving ban for impaired driving when she killed that man, and she had all kinds of pics and captions of herself boasting about how she drinks and drives. Clearly some mental issues.

Apparently your time spent in prison prior to going to court counts for double (or something like that).

No, what they're saying is he'll get 14 years, but with time served and only having to do 2/3 of your sentence in Canada, he'll do 6-8 years.

This kid is younger from what I heard, so he will probably serve slightly less time.

When I was younger I used to scoff at such notions, but now I agree that the media can easily influence the weak minded.
Muzzo's a slightly different situation. He had a license and wasn't driving already on a one year ban with fake plates. They'll take that into consideration.
