Driving under suspension though with stolen plates on the vehicle. A deadly threat every time he gets behind the wheel. Time to give lifetime driving bans in cases like this.

This is why you need to taser drunk drivers. If it kills them, so be it!!

Looking at you Rayshard Brooks
Tazer a drunk driver behind the wheel to stop him/her? Thats is beyond stupid. Being tazed they would LOSE control of the vehicle possibly injuring or killing SOME ONE else!!! THINK about it.

was he drunk for sure? What exactly caused the collision? It unthinkaable that a mother and her 3 lovely girls would die in such senseless cricumstances.

To be charged with murder, there needs to be intent. Which is not likely the case. They will probably charge him with several counts of criminal negligence causing death and impaired driving causing death.
What bothers me is that impaired driving is treated differently. That’s there’s no intent to kill. Fuck that. Being drunk is not a defence for rape and it shouldn’t be factor for murdering someone with a vehicle.

I dont know if he was drunk that particular day, but he had a history of driving drunk, so it wouldnt surprise me if he was

Either way, I hope he gets his fucking leg amputated, then spends a good chunk of his life in jail.

He was already driving while prohibited.
What would a lifetime ban have done?

He was doing 120kmh in a 60 zone o_O

When he eventually gets out of prison he should have his driver's license revoked for life

He'll almost have that situation. He might have a remote chance of driving in like 20-25 years.
The only way to prevent assholes like this from driving is to keep them in jail. He was already banned from driving. We now see how well that worked.

Not suspended. Prohibited. Means they canceled his license and said no more for you.

He needs to spend the rest of his life in jail.

I hope his joy riding was worth it.

And to those making this thread about politics or race - fuck off. Find another thread.

He could (and should) be declared a dangerous offender. That'll keep him in jail indefinitely.
I believe this has precedent, IIRC some habitual drunk driver out in Saskatchewan or Alberta was jailed for life after repeated DUI convictions
