I understand why African Americans are so incredibly angry about this. The killing of George Floyd was worse then a lynching. It was done in daylight and it was done by police. 3 other cops stood by and let another cop squeeze the life out of a black man who was restrained and not resisting. And when he lost consiousness, the still choked him, and let him die. I think 2nd degree required intent to do harm, not kill. It is CLEAR that after he passed out there was no need to keep this on, so the ONLY explaination is intent to do harm. The rest all need to be tried for criminal negligence. This is a really horrific incident.

1st degree = premeditated deliberate killing

2nd degree = unpremeditated deliberate killing

3rd degree - recklessly cruel non deliberate killing.

The other 3 cops are possibly accessories to murder 3. The A-G is probably waiting on the coroner's full report.

Obama did what all American presidents do. That point of that office is to impose America's will on others and have the USA profit from it in the process. They even do it to their own citizens too. That's why prison is such a big business. You people are clueless. I could tell you how Reagan pushed guns into the Caribbean (mainly Jamaica) to incite political violence and murder between the two parties there.

America's entire history is littered with their leaders and good citizens brutalising and killing innocent people. Study Amerikkkan history from top to bottom.
Everything you claim here is rooted in extreme anti-American, anti-Constitution and anti-invidualist ideology. You're this forum's version of Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

I mean. Obama blasted thousands of innocent Iraqi civilians with drone strikes from the sky. He's set a great role model inciting violence while being president. Cute sarcasm though.
He also let thousands die by not doing anything to to properly fight back against ISIS.

A horrifying thought just occured to me. Was this kneeling on George Floyds neck a counter to Black NFL players kneeling during the anthem?

He's actually got a point, although I would add that Americans are so dumb that they don't realize the bad shit that their government is doing and get angry when it's pointed out to them.

It's crazy how they are trying to cover this up by reporting him dead in the hospital instead of in front of the store.

They re trying to blame his death on other factors as well.

IDK....

If I was "THE MAN", I'd throw Chauvin straight under the bus, wave his dead body around, throw his entrails to the crowd and sing "America the Beautiful / Land of the Free" while I did it.

He's a line cop - w a bad service record, it seems. He's pretty expendable when the shit flies. I can guarantee the fancy criminal lawyer that the Police Association lines up for him will be telling the jury that when he also tells them that his client was a decent, innocent man charged for political reasons and totally innocent of any crime.

Truth hurts eh. Not my problem if you can't deal with it KKK Douglas. If you refuse to see what Amerikkka does then what can I say? I'm certainly not anti-American but they do way too much dirt to be held up as some example.

You're not happy that you live in Canada instead? Money isn't everything you know...

PS: YOu're a Trump supporter when he doesn't respect that constitution? LOL

American interventionism literally created ISIS, you absolute dumbo. Please put in work to educate yourself; as a proponent of "individualism" it's embarrassing how much you don't know.

There is yet another video taken out of the window of a car that clearly shows GF was sitting down passively across the street in handcuffs and then police have him stand up and walk him to the police car where the incident occurred. He was not resisting at all, totally passive. The car driver was interviewed either on CNN or MSNBC where I get real news from and described how he was totally passive. And the entire tape was shown

They hate charging and putting cops in jail because it sets a precedent on future police issues. So they will pull all the stunts.

What makes this worse is a Hispanic cop got off killing a black citizen a few years back. Then a Somali cop was sentenced to 12 years under a similar situation.

If this cop gets off, it may destroy the city. Too much of a double standard. America is a nutty place.

Seriously?!

Do you know how much fucking rioting there's going to be if he walks or gets manslaughter or aggravated assault instead of going down for Murder 3?!

Whoever's making those decisions right now wants this guy to go down hard and fast, so the riots will stop.

The WaPo compilation video states that GF struggled for about a minute outside the car. He also fell earlier on in the sequence and was pulled to his feet. That's probably where the speculation that he was intoxicated comes from.

...

The conspiracies theories about "The Man" and "no justice for Blacks" will abound and the anger will be tenfold. [/COLOR]
Sadly in many parts of the US, they aren't a conspiracy theory. Just look at the guy shot in Georgia where no charges were laid until the video came out.
