Do the numbers scare you?
Your numbers make me laugh, you don't have a clue what you're talking about.
Go ahead and show us your homework if you think you're on to something.

1 MW roughly takes 4000 acres of trees. This works out to about 2% of a 10 mile radius.
1 MW can power an average of 600 homes per year.

The decision was made by the judge who dismissed the case because of Mann's "inexcusable" behaviour.
.
Yes, the decision was made by the judge at Ball's request.
Which you lied about, you really are the king of disinformation.

Just curious, but how much were the legal costs??
I'm not sure but the fake "Nobel laureate" has been telling his disciples he won't pay. Welching seems to be a common trait among global warming alarmists. :biggrin1:

Mann dragged the case out for what the judge called an "inexcusable" 8 1/2 years, so I imagine the costs aren't insignificant.

By the way, Mann's reply on Facebook called the judge's ruling a "dismissal." It's interesting that I have been accused of having "lied about" the decision when I used the exact same terminology as the fake "Nobel laureate."

If there is anyone on TERB who is gullible enough to believe Franky's B.S. about me "lying," let us know and I'll happily explain how that claim is total nonsense. Otherwise, I'm not going to waste my time responding to it.

As with most things Franky posts, it's difficult to know how much of it is due to his stupidity and almost complete lack of formal education (as far as we can tell, he never successfully completed Grade 6) and how much is due to his compulsive lying.

Nor do I really care.

You are the king of misinformation here, you were caught lying and have refused to admit you were wrong.
Two things:

1) I did not "retract" anything. I tried to explain to Frankfooter something that he clearly doesn't understand because he is functionally illiterate.

2) The case wasn't "dropped" by Ball. In fact, it couldn't be dropped by Ball -- Ball was the defendant, not the plaintiff. :p
You lied.

Ball's article was retracted, he apologized and the publisher apologized.
Michael E. Mann took climate change deniers to court. They apologized.

Yes, shocking how many more extreme weather events happen now with climate change.
Yes, the climate changes. I think I had that astounding realization when I was six. It was much colder on my sixth birthday than the year before.

Maybe when you get to ten you'll understand the difference between weather and climate.

I wish we'd thought to have you stand in front of the UN and yell at adults. Think of all the trouble we'd have avoided.
