LOL. "Diversion: something intended to distract someone's attention from something more important."
Diversion? You're really not seeing it??? This is a concentrated effort by this administration to expose the 2016-17 conspiracy to unseat the President. Trump promised it and so did Barr when he became the AG and Mifsud is the key to the Papadopoulos case. It alway boggles my mind that the proponents of the Steele conspiracy thought that Trump would just forget. Forget that he was accused of being a traitor and stole the single, greatest achievement of his life?!!! The Mueller part is over and even Schiff has moved on, but that doesn't mean that Trump and his base( a solid 40% of the electorate) moved on. They have been screaming to the high heavens for some scalps and they love the fact that he's brawling in the cheap seats. That's probably his greatest appeal! You lefties should really step out of your bubbles and take a look at what's brewing on the other side of the fence.

Although the only ones who stole anything back in 2016 were Trump and his faithless GOP, I think you've described what they're up to presently quite accurately. But they're still only a solid 40%, so what if you make it clear they won't be converted?

In between then and now, he and they have accomplished nothing, ballooned the debt, lost America's respect and allies, and failed to produce any facts that support their endless whining about being victims of anything or anyone except themselves. They don't get no respect, 'cause they ain't earned none. Didn't Mueller demonstrate the general population's tired of re-hashing that stuff? Apparently not to Donny and Co.

His cheap brawling won't convert a single vote from the serious majority that was against him then, and which has only grown since. The only thing undecided is whether the GOP can pull off the same Electoral scam a second time — which will be a serious achievement for Donny at last. The only Two-term President twice rejected by the People.

55% of Americans now support impeachment inquiry, according to latest CBS/YouGov poll. The tide has turned. Nancy Pelosi was right to ignore previous calls by the loony left for impeachment until Trump hung himself.
Im sure that she will now call for the vote in the House.

Several fair minded people have said what Trump did does not rise to the level of impeachment. I disagree but I accept that. But to argue what he said was acceptable? That is insane!

And then he carries on - obnoxiously. The person who gave information to the whistleblower is close to a spy and in the old days spies were handled differently, said your highness. So give him a standing ovation. And now this:

Donald J. Trump‏Verified account @realDonaldTrump: Can you imagine if these Do Nothing Democrat Savages, people like Nadler, Schiff, AOC Plus 3, and many more, had a Republican Party who would have done to Obama what the Do Nothings are doing to me. Oh well, maybe next time!

From now on, all these nasty sayings will form part of the impeachment inquiry. He is digging his grave deeper and deeper!
LOL! Since when are the "nasty sayings" an impeachable offence? The do nothing House Democrats? It's been Trump time, all the time in the House since they took control.

Like a general election in about one year.

That is a fair-minded comment. Censuring the President might be equal to the impropriety. Did we know Trump is sloppy in his words? Of course.

Likely he'll be impeached by the house and not removed from office by the senate, so he can try win an election after being impeached.
Of course, more people now support impeaching Trump than support him, by a good 15%.

I bet that number goes down once people stew on it. The liberal media is so loud and ubiquitous that I find most people I talk to only know some of the facts. They're quite surprised how the Ukraine plays into the Russian collusion attacks and the Biden family.

Of course they're surprised when you give them 8chan conspiracy theory lectures.
Probably they nod politely and cross you off their dinner invite list as well.

LOL. This is a concentrated effort by this administration and it lackeys to invent conspiracies and exploit the dumbest most gullible cohort in the world.

The congress has a constitutional duty. The GOP for the most part have ceded their entire duties and responsibility to the chosen one. The US has gone fr0m 3 coequal branches of government to 2 and even the SCOTUS is questionable given his selection. Time will tell on that.

You are blind and deaf- that's usually the conclusion when you don't notice what millions of others do.

LOL. Are you referring to the millions of people who believed in birtherism or the millions of people who believe that China is paying the tariffs or the millions of people who believe that there were very good people at Charlottesville or the missions of people who wouldn't care if the Chosen One shot someone on Fifth Avenue?

From Trump tweet storm on Sunday:

"Like every American, I deserve to meet my accuser, especially when this accuser, the so-called 'Whistleblower,' represented a perfect conversation with a foreign leader in a totally inaccurate and fraudulent way."

Referring to Adam Schiff: "His lies were made in perhaps the most blatant and sinister manner ever seen in the great Chamber. He wrote down and read terrible things, then said it was from the mouth of the President of the United States. I want Schiff questioned at the highest level for Fraud & Treason."

"I want to meet not only my accuser, who presented SECOND & THIRD HAND INFORMATION, but also the person who illegally gave this information, which was largely incorrect, to the 'Whistleblower,'" he said. "Was this person SPYING on the U.S. President? Big Consequences!"

This is the same guy who said the person who gave information to the Whistleblower was close to a spy and spies used to be dealt with differently back in the day. Looks like Trump is close to madness.
Trump is totally losing it, now he's accusing Schiff of treason.
Trump suggests Schiff be arrested for treason for exaggerating call with Ukraine
https://thehill.com/homenews/admini...be-arrested-for-treason-for-exaggerating-call

Then he suggested impeaching him will start a civil war.
And Guiliani is going totally nutso live on tv.
What fun.

And if that happens, once again his opponent will receive far more votes than him, but the rigged American system will nonetheless give it to the First Two-Time Loser in American history.

No way that any outcome of the impeachment process will build his support, and he's never done anything to build it himself.
