Depends what you mean by legitimacy. Fakes pics do not always mean poor service, or vice versa. And lower end ladies may not be attractive, but are still legitimate.
I just scanned the LL ads back to Friday.
Sexy Star and Ava (Lindsay in/out) are both low priced BBW. Probably not your cup of tea, but the 2 in Lindsay both allow Greek which might be a factor.
Jessica is also a low priced BBW, but in Peterborough outcalls only. No Greek though.
Paris is a frequent visitor. Fake pics, but actually looks better in person. All safe services.
Vivian is also a frequent visitor. Legit pics, but shitty service.
Tina is legit, real pics, good service. All the other Asian ads are BS except hers.
Emily Rushton is coming soon. Highly recommended if you want to splash out a premium rate.
Harley Quinn is legit, real pics.

I've seen Tina. She's fun. Vivian is in a sketchy area currently I believe so I don't tend to go that route (B&B in downtown area). I'm not afraid of BBW

From what I hear of Serena, she's not in a good place right now. I'm not sure I'd want to be part of it.
Katt is a lot of fun, but frankly if you aren't at least a bit thicker than average you won't get much out of it.

Now Emily intrigues me, however, there seems to be a ton of red tape to go through before she agrees to meet you. As I recall, you have to send some sort of photo verification to her, such as your LinkedIn profile or your profile on your employer's website. I'm sure she keeps that confidential as she promises, but handing over that kind of info to someone I've never met is unnerving to say the least, so chances are I will not be seeing her.
I have seen Emily several times over the past few years and she is a pro. She has a strict screening process but is very pleasant to spend time with and has great naturals. She has the normal GFE restrictions and asking for her to go beyond them will result in you being told to "f" yourself. Keep that in mind when booking her.
