Migraine as I'm ejaculating .... has it happend to you ?

It doesn't happen to me very often. Maybe once or twice a year.

My last encounter was spectacular right up until I was about to bust my nut. As I'm ejaculating I get this throbbing pain in my head and then a full on migraine afterwards.

Just wondering if this has happened to you and if I should seek medical advice.

I do suffer from migraines in general and again not very often but it I'm curious why it has to happen when I'm supposed to be feeling nothing but pleasure as I shoot my hot load lol.

I saw a client once, who told me that they experience this. And it actually happens often to him, and he said that its a super rare condition. So he actually controls his cumming now. It actually would take the life out of him, and he would take a few days to recover.

Have you googled it? I have no idea what the condition was called, but I have heard some clients mention they also experience this ! So you aren't alone ! I hope it resolves itself for you ! Cumming is such a beautiful release ! <3

This is somewhat common. Known as sex or orgasm headaches. I used to get them and they were debilitating. I would be in pain for a good 4-6 hours after. Although the recommendation is to always get checked to rule out anything negative, these are typically not threatening to your health and for most, will pass in time. Some what of a phase. I was told to try changing my diet a little, drink more water etc. This seemed to work for me. I was also able to get rid of a lot of stress from my life, which I like think helped.

If you are taking anything for ED, a common side effect are these headaches. Lower your dose and / or reverse the time of day you take it. If usually at night, try taking in the morning. Don't ask me how or why it would make a difference, but that was information I came across when I was looking for the possible causes of my headaches at the time. Good luck. My migraines tend to only happen when the seasons change or when it rains a lot. It is what it is. I just don't want it to happen during my "happy time" lol.

I don't have ED and other than cannabis I don't take anything before a session. Funny thing is I didn't smoke anything before my last session so I don't think it's the cannabis.

Come to think of it, I may have been a little dehydrated though.

The thought crossed my mind but I dismissed it as paranoia. I worked with a guy who had a brain aneurysm while he was sitting on the toilet. Poor guy died at age 26. Sadly his mom found him in the morning.

Every now and then I worry that these migraines might result in the same fate for me.

Guess I should suck it up and seek some medical advice.

This can also happen when you move quickly from a kneeling position to an upright position. No need for an orgasm.

I had the same thing (exactly as you described) happen to me for a while when I was 18-20. Then it disappeared as mysteriously as it started. Never did determine the cause. I'm also one of those who can have sex a couple times a day, then jerk off to completion another 5-10 times with ease. All without the help of ED meds. I'm just weird.
