You have a point.
HRW did investigate and they also found this....
Do you change your opinion and agree Hamas rockets are illegal and target civilians or are you going to continue your transparent pretence of supporting human rights while refusing to condemn anyone who hates Israel?

Nope, I've always said I back HRW reports....
And you are obviously lying.

You have repeatedly argued that Hamas doesn't target civilians and have repeatedly suggested that Hamas rockets are legally considered self defense. Amnesty and HRW found the exact opposite.

You could try to convince me otherwise by stating that Hamas shouldn't use their rockets because they are illegal and target civilians. But you can't.

That's what's in most of the reports by HRW and Amnesty, until you found that one from 2012 or so.
And now I back investigations based on that report and the one I linked to.

The only one lying here is you, as you quote reports by HRW yet refuse to accept their criticism of Israel.

Show me one Amnesty or HRW report that says Gaza rockets are included in the legal right of self defense?

More importantly, if they ever did, they realized they were completely wrong. Sadly you refuse to listen to Amnesty and HRW.

p.s. Pretty stupid of you to undermine your own arguments. Your try to undermine the validity of HRW and Amnesty by saying the report I posted is dated but then want to accept even older statements that you claim they made.

p.p.s. HRW condemns Gaza rockets in every yearly report and every report on on conflict in Gaza.
The Amnesty article I posted was 2018.
https://www.amnesty.org.uk/unlawful-and-deadly-palestinian-rocket-attacks-gaza
Even more recent from Mar 2019. Is that too old a criticism for you?

Hilarious post, in which you ask me for a statement then declare that any such statement would be wrong.
For the record:

“In terms of international law, people who are occupied and colonized … have a right to self-defense and they have the right to self-determination,” Naidoo states.

So you are completely full of shit. You stated that HRW and Amnesty have claimed Gaza rockets are legal but instead quote electronic intifadah article that is specifically talking about PEACEFUL DISOBEDIENCE and says absolutely nothing about rockets (because Amnesty is clear the rockets are illegal)..

And are you too dumb to realize you are once again completely arguing against Amnesty and HRW by claiming the rockets are self defense?

No, you are full of shit.
I have constantly said their rockets are war crimes according to Amnesty and HRW based on their statements noting that they can't be aimed only at military targets. You found one report that suggests that Hamas did intentionally use these rockets they say they can't aim, to aim at civilians. I'll take their word and support investigations based on that single 2012 report you found.

Amnesty's new leader states that Palestinians have a right to self defence, which is what I posted.
It should be the ICC that decides on the legality of those rockets, based on those reports, just as the ICC should rule on Israeli apartheid, gunning down civilians, the blockade, the occupation and ongoing ethnic cleansing.

Naidoo slams as hypocritical the opposition to the BDS movement that has come from many governments.

“In terms of international law, people who are occupied and colonized … have a right to self-defense and they have the right to self-determination,” Naidoo states.

Yet he points out that when Palestinians take up any form of resistance, including nonviolent tactics such as BDS, they are lectured by the international community, “you cannot do that, it’s wrong … because it’s not peaceful.”

Naidoo slams the “contradiction” of telling Palestinians that “international law recognizes that you’re occupied, your kids are getting killed, you don’t have decent access to water, you can’t resist through armed struggle – fair enough – but now you can’t even resist by getting people to engage in a peaceful act of civil disobedience.”

BDS, Naidoo states, “is a peaceful act of citizens using their purchasing power to a make point [and] to get a government that is rogue to act in a more responsible way and in a more human rights respectful way.”

Naidoo has a long background as a human rights campaigner, including as executive director of Greenpeace International. In his home country, South Africa, he currently chairs Africans Rising, a pan-African campaign for social, economic, environmental and gender justice.

Naidoo also criticizes the Israeli government’s racially motivated moves to expel tens of thousands of African refugees: “We hope that sanity will prevail and that Africans will be treated fairly in terms of international law but I think we would be very naive given the track record of the Israeli state to believe that they could act with the level of magnanimity, humanity and compliance to international law.”

So why do you still try to pretend Amnesty or HRW backs or backed rockets as self defense? You also just argued against those groups once again by denying that civilians are the target.

Why do you keep denying the finding of Amnesty and HRW when they say Hamas rockets have no legal justification and target civilians?

p.s. Naidoo talks explicitly about PEACEFUL resistance. Are you trying to say Hamas rockets are peaceful resistance?

Only an Islamaphobe argues that Muslim people like Palestinians don't have the right to self defence.

So why is his article speaking so much about PEACEFUL resistance. Do you think rockets are peaceful?

And I am amazed at how you can claim the exact opposite of Amnesty and HRW while claiming you support them.

Also stupid is you saying Palestinians have the right of self determination while denying that Jews in Israel have an equal right.

These are the words of Amnesty:

Amnesty, like me, would prefer nobody use violence.
Amnesty, like me, also accepts that Palestinians have a right to self defence against an illegal occupation.
Its only you with your Islamaphobia that denies Palestinians basic human rights.

1) It is the word of one individual and has absolutely nothing to do with rockets.
You will never find any statement from Amnesty that says Palestinians have a right to commit war crimes. Rockets targeting civilians are not in any way self defense.

2) He is talking about PEACEFUL resistance, not war crimes.

3) And you are now blatantly arguing against the reports from Amnesty and HRW that you pretend to support.

1) That individual is the head of Amnesty talking about Palestinians legit right to self defence, which is not just 'peaceful' resistance
2) He is talking about the right of a people under foreign occupation in the process of annexing or stealing their land, to self defence.
3) I am supporting investigations based on all Amnesty and HRW reports on both sides.

I support all HRW and Amnesty reports and investigations based off those reports:

Yup, take all the Amnesty and HRW reports to the ICC and let them investigate and lay charges as warranted.
Nope, I've always said I back HRW reports.
I say the ICC should investigate both Hamas and Israel based on HRW reports you and I have both posted.
Agree?
Bullshit, I stated I support their reports on both sides, even the 10 year old, cherry picked report that you found.
You, however, refuse to accept the findings of Amnesty and HRW on Israeli crimes against humanity.

You are a fraud.
I support investigations and charges on both sides based on all reports, even those 10 years old.
That leaves you as the fraud who will only quote or accept human rights reports on Palestinians and not on Israelis.
You sir, are the fraud here.
You, however refuse to accept the numerous and damning reports on Israel from Amnesty and HRW.
I have never blindly accepted their statements. Like any group they have their strengths and weaknesses. Their usual weakness is having to rely on data collected by other sources or second hand statements.

No report from Amnesty or HRW have EVER said those rockets are legal. (despite what an edited statement in a report from electronic intifada suggests)

1) I have never stated that those rockets are not war crimes.
2) The leader of Amnesty has clearly stated that Palestinians have the right to self defence, yet another right you believe does not apply to Palestinians, symptomatic of your Islamaphobia.

And speaking of Amnesty:
“The findings of this report echo Amnesty International’s own conclusions that many killings of Palestinian protesters by Israeli forces during the Great March of Return protests last year appeared to be wilful killings, constituting war crimes.

“The report paints a damning picture of Israeli forces who deliberately shot at children, health workers, journalists and people with disabilities, demonstrating a cruel and ruthless disregard for international humanitarian law. More than 6,000 people suffered wounds from live ammunition placing an added burden on Gaza’s already severely strained health system and many were denied the opportunity to travel outside Gaza to receive the care they required.

Of course we know that you support killing Palestinians regardless of the law or human rights.

Amnesty and HRW are clear despite your claims; rockets targeting civilians are illegal and not self defense. But keep on proving you don't give a shit about Amnesty, HRW, or human rights.

Yes, and the only issue is whether or not those rockets either can be aimed or are aimed at civilian targets.
That needs to be investigated by the ICC, as does Israel's very clear targeting and maiming of civilians.

Israel is trying to maim Gaza Palestinians into silence
Today the Israeli army is still using Yitzhak Rabin's 'break the bones' policy, and it does so with sniper rifles.
https://www.aljazeera.com/indepth/opinion/israel-maim-gazans-silence-190326085728986.html

You continue to support and defending maiming children on a weekly basis.
That is truly disgusting.

As you said: Targeting civilians is illegal and not self defense, yet you keep cheering for it here every day.
