Kennedy made a speech in September 1962 declaring that the US will be on the moon before the end of the decade, but did they actually land men on the moon or did they just go up into orbit? All they have to do is reverse engineer with the millions of engineering student they are graduating from their own universities as well as ones from universities they send to the USA and around the world. Do not tell me they do not have any white Americans born in Omaha, Nebraska that are working for them in China as well as US, Canadian and European engineering firms that are willing to take on their engineering contracts?

The British empire started its decline in the 20s, look at it now. American influence started to grow around the globe at that time and is now in decline. The modernization of China only started 15 or so years ago. Empires come and go, I do not believe that I will see China decline in my lifetime. This is the trend for now, who saw this coming 20 years ago?
