I’d be very interested in how you contrast or compare the last two books on your list?

Ps: the marketplace series is super hot
One is consensual slavery if an organization like the marketplace really exist, its the most realistic in bdsm book for "extreme" type of slavery. Ive read the whole series before, I do agreed its pretty hot
handmaid tale...well its an utopian world where the US are going to.

The Catcher in the Rye. By J. D. Salinger

Malika, I believe you meant distopian instead of utopian.

If you liked Harry Potter or superhero stories - grab SuperPowered by Drew Hayes (4 books plus a spin-off)

I’ve only read it in kindle format - not sure if you can get elsewhere.

It’s kinda like grown-up HP (except in University), and with superpowers instead of magic. But it’s also pretty deep. And more adult-themed. And funny.

I’ve read everything he’s written since I came across this series - very fun!

I actually plan on reading the bible. But only because as W.C. Fields said, "I'm looking for loopholes".
Whats the point wasting time? As soon as you say religion , I say its a fundamental flaw its man made and an exploitation of our faith. Although just because I believe religion is one of the biggest issues repressing our societies and is responsible for major conflict and suffering in this world, I still believe in god and believe in people who have a strong sense of their own spirituality. There is no point, i see no point wasting time proving how fundamentally flawed religion is. Maybe you do? Whats the benefit to doing that just curious?

Forest Gump,

holly fuck i pissed my self from laughed so hard. I heard the book was totally different from the movie and it was true.

Forest actually fucked the shit out of Jenny, she was totally in love with him and he was the one that fucked it up with her.

It's an easy read, with lots of funny surprises.

I am almost finished Testimony, Robbie Robertson's autobiography.

And today, I just downloaded Along Came a Spider and Kiss the Girls, the first two Alex Cross books by James Patterson.
