Trump apparently thinks he can do this without any Constitutional problems according to advice from his legal team. Hmmm - I wonder if one of them is Giuliani? This would seem to immediately open up the 14th Amendment and the rights to citizenship in this Amendment. Depends how he words it. If he was stupid enough to say, 'I hereby repeal the 14th', he would clearly be claiming a power the Constitution doesn't give to Presidents, and even his stacked Court would have a hard time supporting him. But if his order simply circumscribed the rights of those born to illegal immigrants, in ways that other citizens might also have their rights limited — felons for instance, who cannot vote, or hold passports, or receive food stamps etc. under various state and federal laws — he might well get his five votes. With its century and more history of extending racial discrimination after Emancipation by exactly such measures, there's lots of examples to guide the legal drafters.

Being born in the air or on water gives you international status. Sneaking in illegally shouldnt. All privileges should be revoked and void therefore your citizenship is considered illegal.

If 1 parent is at least LEGAL, I would understand.

On a comparison to Trump wanting to remove 1 right, why is it ok for Hillary to remove the second amendment? There are many law abiding citizens who hunt or shoot for sport. Is it ok to take away that right?

NO politician has ever advocated for the removal of the 2nd Amendment. Have you been smoking too much legal cannabis this morning? The debate has always been over the interpretation of the 2nd Amendment and whether it covers all types of firearms. And no, I would not be OK with this - but advocating for its removal has never happened so that's a moot point.

The 14th amendment says that children born in USA are USA citizens, not that the parents become USA citizens.
