I think it would make a man potentially much more productive, since all the time, money, and energy exerted to obtain sex could be re-routed to other endeavors. But without sex being a goal, what would compel a man to be productive? We drive fancy cars and buy big houses to show the world that we made it, but just as much to lure female attention and companionship. It's a strange and scary irony.
Take myself, for example. I have a physical disability (I'm small below the waist) which means I really cannot provide sexual pleasure to women the way a normal man can and I also have a learning disability (anyone that's read my posts on TERB can see this clearly). But I do find solace knowing that there are plenty of women that find me "attractive" for what I am in terms of achievements and what I have (material goods, net worth), as well as my unusual under-developed though typically harmless personality.
... the ladies wouldn't mind I'm sure.
