With one of my regulars it had happened to me. Her friend was just starting in the business in Canada and wanted to see her friend how she did things. She asked me and I said ok. It wasn't a normal session and in the end I didn't have to pay but it was a funny at times as the woman who was servicing me was talking so much and her friend was watching very attentively even moving her face close to the action. Her friend didn't do any touching and the whole time they were going back and forth on what she should be doing. The experience was different but I must say it was fun, although we did things outside of work sometimes and it was strange knowing that her friend saw me in my full glory and I ever only saw her with her clothes on. It has also happened to me many times in MP's years ago but it was more interactive with the three of us.

I gotta agree with the guys here and say you will have NO problem finding somebody willing. I have to say I'm envious of whoever that guy may be. The best part about this is it's a real situation, not a staged/paid for fantasy. I was recently approached about something like this (only different) in much the same way... as in "would you be interested?". I think more appropriate lead in for stuff like this is "Oh boy have I got a treat for you!!!"
I think Einar is 100% correct - there's probably a few guys who would be willing to pay another girl a "watcher fee" - how many couples bring a woman into the relationship and the girl watches? I would think the internship would be much more important for massage gals where there is actually some technique involved - especially to give some good massage and some of the more sensual stuff that is more than grabbing, sucking, bouncing and pulling. Seems far more inolved that what might happen during the companionship session if has friends choose to have sex. Sex in my humble view doesn't take nearly the talent as more sensual intimacy.

And Dave is also correct - on some level, since you are doing a favor, perhaps the client should be compensated? It's one thing to have an interactive duo - another thing to have someone watch.
I think I saw an MP once advertise training sessions where you paid the normal rate for two girls with the 2nd girl being a new trainee. I'm guessing there would be a lot of talking/training and you are more a subject versus a client.
Yes it happens at MP's. But I find it a little nutty to ask if someone can watch you AND you pay her something when you are doing her the favor.
I also think a duo is NOT the best idea for training a new SP (IMO). At the end of the day, plenty of porn available to get an idea of what an interaction is like (ignoring the obvious fakery). I'm thinking the stuff that cannot be taught or cannot be seen in porn is the wave of emotions including meeting someone new, establishing a quick enough connection to be able to provide services, repeating, and all the unknowns (will he pay, will he be abusive, will he be hygienic, etc.). Sadly I think all these only come with time/experience. The other problem with a duo (or even a watching session) is that is not standard. How often will there be another woman there with you? Most of the time it's you and a perfect stranger, unless it's a repeat client.
The usual suggestion is start at an MP. A little safer environment with similar conditions - meeting a few clients per shift, quick connection, etc. plus a little more freedom when it comes to choosing what you will or will not do.
BTW, my reference to porn is simply about watching two people having sex. Clearly the first and last 5-10 min are unique but everything in between is basically two people having sex, which can be seen in porn.
A watcher would be fun. Paying a fee for it not so much as the thrill is lost.

Some good points but I don't see this as a bad idea - at all. Sure it won't be the same as if her friend was on her own and I obviously have no expertise on this but I would think it would provide some valuable knowledge to build on. Especially if MsDoll sees a new client for this, her friend would see how to break the ice and navigate around someone you have never met. I don't really know if a client should pay extra for this though I'm sure many would, but I cant see the client being given a deal or compensated for this. MsDoll's friend has the resource of having a friend in the business and I don't see any problem MsDoll helping to ease her friend into the industry. JMO
I don't see any problem with it either (as in I'm not saying outright that MsDoll shouldn't do it). There are positives and negatives like anything. I'm just adding a few counterpoints which are important considerations. Perhaps it would be a good first step in the process but I will say it may paint a different picture then what it's really like.
I'd suggest she do it a few times, getting more involved each time. Do it fully clothed just watching from afar, then closer up, then topless, then finally getting a little physical with you, then with the guy, etc.
I don't see why she would need to plunge in head first and go straight to actual sex with it. So long as its not at extra charge (or at minimum extra charge if you're going a bit further than just watching) I don't think you'll have any problem finding customers.
I'm actually not really into this side of the hobby (I only go for lap dances) but this may even interest me.

MPs introduce a newbie to the MPA world by having them watch then join in until she is comfortable or decides to scram. This is done with repeat clients they can trust. It is considered a reward for being a good client. No extra charge to client
I lucked out when I had my first "training" session years ago at my go to MP. The "trainee" was absolutely gorgeous and it was interactive the whole time, although the "trainee" left after 30 minutes. I set up an appt with the "trainee" for the next day and we talked for a bit before the session started. She told me that she worked as an escort before starting at the MP.
