Yup. It's all relative anyway. The problem with agencies is that they offer a flat rate, and while many of their SPs don't live up to that rate, many also surpass it. So you have to wonder if a "going rate" is even the right way to do things.
I tend to disagree with this statement. While everyone likes to get a "deal", I believe that the provider should set out her rates clearly, then the buyer has every right to chose to proceed at those rates or not. You do yourself no favours by trying to negotiate rates down. In any transaction where there is a huge element of the personal connection or trust between the 2 parties, this connection gets eroded each and every time one tries to negotiate. When there is very little personal element to the transaction - such as actually buying a car - go ahead and try to get a better price.
Only a fool believes he's consistently getting the same level of service from a provider who he has "talked down" the price of those services regardless of whether those services are provided by one of the ladies advertising here or many of the lawyers or other accounting and tax service providers that I know and deal with on a daily basis.

With the new environment the US hurting income for ladies that (used?) to travel there and Backpage locally defunct it is not a great environment for rate increases.
