The food in Thailand is out of this world. They mish mash so many culture’s food it’s like a party in your mouth (cue the ladyboy jokes). I’ve never hobbied over there rather had vacations or on my way thru for work, the thai’s creativity for food is outstanding.
When you come up for air, take a cooking lesson or two, they are great.

I've never had North Thai cuisine, what we have here in Toronto is Laotian, South Thai, Bangkok cuisine.
