Accepting that SPs are professionals conducting a business, I do not (except for very rare occasions when I am clearly and persistently encouraged), overstay my allocated time at an incall.
I always use indys, never agencies. In the past I always got a one hour appointment. Most of my favourites (as well as those on my to do list) do not quote 45 minute rates. But half hour rates are more commonly quoted.
As prices have escalated and my financial circumstances have recently changed, I am thinking of becoming a half hour client.
Here's the thing: I always have a quick shower at the incall both before the act (to demonstrate my cleanliness to the SP) and after the act (to avoid taking home any incriminating scents, etc.) I am not clear on how this approach can work in the context of a half hour appointment and would be interested in hearing from SPs or Terbites more experienced with half hour appointments...
Presumably 100% of shower time counts within the parameters of the half hour appointment?
If so, doesn't that leave only about 15 minutes for the encounter? Seems like a rush that would be less than pleasant on both sides. Does that work for people?
