I've seen many people use the term clockwatcher and it has a negative connotation. But in some cases they use it to indicate the lady cuts things off when the time is more/less up. IMO that's pretty fair so why it's considered bad I don't know.
OTOH, I think of a clockwatcher as a provider who literally keeps checking the clock, clearly waiting for time to be at a point where she can end the appointment. As such, she doesn't want to be there, is not engaged, and it's clearly a bad label.
