Both sides can and do watch/use the clock in negative ways. So anyone who has a session where the "time" is the bigger focus, I would consider a clock watcher.

For example, the guy that wants to ensure his dick is in you for exactly 30 or 60 mins, is a clock watcher to me, and a lady who is also equally always concerned about time, is a clock watcher. Huge clock on the wall aboove your head and telling you at 15 mins left that you have 15 mins left for example. LOL.

However, a lady who cuts the appointment when the time is up, is not a clockwatch in my opinion. If time is up, time is up. Can't call her a clock watcher if she is not giving you 5 mins over time.
I try to ensure my dick is in for the whole time slot, since that's what I paid for, but it doesn't always happen. It's not like she can feel it anyway, right?

Look, I'm just a squirrel trying to get a nut.

I would think she's the squirrel and you are giving her nuts...

I'm not sure you understood me, but its cool.

This business is VERY different and VERY personal. There is old behaviours, old stereotypes, old mentalities that we seem to inherently have.

"Paying for Sex is Shameful"
"She likes me so it should be free"

Get the fuck over yourself, everyone pays. Clocks are there so we are not taken for granted. Everyone is different, and treats the clock, their body, their .... etc AS they want.

Hookers - pay up front
Girl friend - time share
Wife - Pay at the end

YOU ARE paying !!

I've had clients start getting dressed before time is up, and I've replied with "I want MY hour"
I reread what you wrote ("When I go to see a professional, I pay for time by the hour. Whether it is my lawyer or therapist, they charge me extra. Why should it be different for us ladies ? ") and yes, I guess I misunderstood because now I realize the statement doesn't make sense. Charge you extra for what? If you would please clarify.

I did read that last statement and felt it move. That is a great attitude and I think if all SP's employed that there would be less issues. Granted if a guy wants to leave you should let him go. No means no!

Sometimes, the worst clock watcher is me. eg: If I'm fatigued, I may look up and ask how much time's left. Most of my regulars understand this - I may even doze off after the first SOG as I run on very little sleep in general and sometimes it catches up with me. I actually love dozing off after sex - I get more rest in 5 - 10 minutes of post-sex napping than in an hour of regular sleep. So I always joke with providers to make sure they wake me up in time for a shower.

Anyway, for me the definition of a clockwatcher is somebody who makes you aware of the time in a way that creates extra stress or leaves the impression that the sooner you're out of there, the better. The good providers will keep on schedule but do it in a way that doesn't feel like you're punching in and out with a timecard.
I've always said that a man who falls asleep with a naked woman with him is doing something wrong. That said, I too have fallen asleep during a massage - very, very late, running on little sleep, mistake was even booking but I had pre-booked and cancelling last minute is wrong. Face down, muscles relaxing, it was the only possibility.

I like your definition.

I set the alarm for the allotted time as I can get carried away and forget the time. However, it's set on the same radio station as the one in the kitchen, only at a lower volume, making it a gentle reminder to both of us that it's time to start winding things down if we haven't already finished. If a gentleman was a bit late due to traffic, etc. or simply getting lost I will set the alarm forward accordingly before the session begins. Bear in mind that I only see one, maybe two clients a day, giving myself plenty of time in between, making minor lateness on the part of the client a non issue. I've always ran my business this way and don't mind a gent taking a lengthy shower before (cleanliness is greatly appreciated) or after (I understand that he doesn't want to smell like sex at work or in the company of his SO or friends) a get together or chatting for five more minutes at the door out of politeness before heading off. I do mind turning an hour appointment into one and a half every time and will say something if the behaviour doesn't stop as that's taking advantage of my good nature.

Therefore, I vote number 2 even though in all fairness there have been a few times I was surreptitiously looking at the clock as I wasn't enjoying myself at all.

Related question: does the clock start as soon as you enter the door or AFTER the initial shower. Same question but with closing shower and leaving the door.

I love that Annalise! It has happened to me twice; both were duos, not advertised but arranged at my request. More like "You don't have to leave you know". Loved those ladies. But, otherwise, in all my encounters I have never ever been reminded of time. Guess I see only the generous ladies who appreciate our time together.

Depends. If you want SF2 the clock starts then. If we share a quick kiss upon meeting, then you go for a solo shower, the clock starts after. The same can be said for after the main event. For me, it's really a matter of actual play. If I want to I can check a text or email or start cleaning up parts of the house while you're showering, then a hug and off you go.

This is the answer it SHOULD be. However, this is not the norm. Most agencies and indies start the clock the moment you enter the door and expect you to be gone by the time it's up. Shower time is generally included (much to the horror of many gentleman). Worse, some agencies/providers can be strict and say time starts at the actual time of the appointment, so if you take a few minutes to get to the door (buzzing in, elevator, etc.), that's also part of the appointment time.

This was mentioned but shower time is NOT included at most MP's. Approximately 5 min at both ends is expected for showering. Lady enters the room and if you aren't done, you are eating up appointment time. Beware as some ladies pop in 2 min in - I've had this happen where I was still undressing or just started showering. Most are good and either wait or come back and it's not a time issue but once in a blue moon, you get a lady who plays the "Time starts when I enter" card.

Well that is kinda what u would have to expect from agencies to start the clock the moment a client steps through that door because if u book an hr appt from 3-4pm, and if dood takes a 15 min shower, u can't expect the agency to have to call everyone down the line to start delaying their appt times. That will take too much time and rearranging and higher risk of lost business if others down the line are restricted to a certain window of time, let alone if the agency has like 15 girls working during that time. Cmon, this is a no brainer.

Since MP's don't include shower time, there's no reason agencies can't do the same. But there must be realistic expectations. If you take 15 min to shower, 10 min of appointment time is cut. It shouldn't take long to shower, especially if you are like me - 9/10 I've showered within the past hour, in some cases within the past 15-20 min. I shower though with every new provider as a sign of respect even though it might not be needed. A couple of my regular MPA's were OK with me not showering because they knew if I said I had showered recently I was telling the truth.

There are a few providers like Jessica and Sophia that have indicated showering time is not included. The onus is on the fellow to be respectful and not abuse that kindness by showering for an excessively long time.

guessin it all depends on whose POV. Clock watchers are required for those who are purposely clock abusers (stay well past the expiry time).
