Agreed that at the end of the day, it comes down to sales ability and commission they are seeking, but doesn't hurt to have someone attractive to deal with at the same time. The sp'ing is a pipe dream, and not a requirement, but hey, if you don't ask, you don't know. And this isn't wasting anyone's time as I need to put the house on the market soon.
