I am in need of a Real Estate Agent in the GTA/York Region area and would appreciate any suggestions. If they do a little sp'ing on the side, that would be an interesting twist. Pm me with details.

Just for fyi if your real estate agent needs to sp on the side she probably isn't very good agent.

And when selling or buying property I could give a rat's ass about how they look. Get me a better price and I can afford a top SP.

Agreed that at the end of the day, it comes down to sales ability and commission they are seeking, but doesn't hurt to have someone attractive to deal with at the same time. The sp'ing is a pipe dream, and not a requirement, but hey, if you don't ask, you don't know. And this isn't wasting anyone's time as I need to put the house on the market soon.
