All the mainstream media are clearly stating 44 states, including the CBC,CTV etc. That is numerous. Are you sure the so called Pence link is not fake?
I'm quite confident the Whitehouse knows more than your CBC or CTV.

Here's the direct link to the statement on the WH.GOV website.
https://www.whitehouse.gov/the-pres...s-secretary-state-and-vice-chair-presidential

You're 44 states is FAKE NEWS, (as stated by the Whitehouse)
“While there are news reports that 44 states have "refused" to provide voter information to the Commission, these reports are patently false, more "fake news".
Can't be any more clear or direct than this.

Wriggler??? New debating term, or fishing lure?

Your attempt to avoid the question is much too obvious.
Your post about 44 states refusing to provide information was fake or misleading news. We used to just call that a lie. But now we are much more sophisticated. It used to be just Donald trump that
some claimed was guilty of fake news or alternative facts, but when you shine a light you can see that many are guilty of it.
Below is my post in another thread:

"44 states have now refused to provide specific information requested by Trump's hand picked committee. A thorough read of OJ's post above yours will provide you answers as to why they have refused.

Trump's handpicked and voter suppressing staffed Commission is attempting an overarching and illegal overreach of their authority in their attempts to collect voter registration data solely based on Trump's universally and bi-partisan refuted claims of 3,000,000 illegal votes cast for H. Clinton.

Trump's claim has no basis in fact. The Commission has no validity based on fact.

The question is why does it exist and what is it attempting to do with the data they attempt to collect when the basis for it's existence has been widely proven to be invalid.

To post that a statement by a lawyered-up VP Mike Pence who has been proven to have committed numerous false statements and fake news and who now leads a Trump handpicked and voter-suppressing staffed Commission somehow provides crystal clear proof of the legitimacy and validity of the Commission and it's legality, honor, integrity and benign intent in attempting to obtain private voter information is laughable a best.

Trump's Commission Mission Statement:

A completely repudiated and invalidated conclusion looking for problems that don't exist in an effort to contrive a predetermined solution to rig future elections in my and the Republicans favor."

Your attempt to 'wriggle' as in lay about and wriggle around in murky waters hidden from view and then when opportune wriggle upon a morsel of omission of a statement and then draw upon that omission as ironclad proof that the statement is a lie, fake news, misleading information.

If not for the NYT, WAPO, MSNBC, CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS and all the other press organizations, who the fuck else will attempt to hold those in power from abusing their power to account?

It certainly ain't going be Fox News, Breibart, and all those other sites whop gloss over and glorify and promote the attempted abuses of power.

You guys are very transparent except to yourselves. You think Trump is terrible because he lies and provides misleading information, but you are just as guilty. Yet somehow, you think you are morally/ethically superior. Worse yet, you deride anyone who
even points out your hypocrisy.

The word game you are playing is indicative of your nature. Yes, the article did state 44 states. However your post implies that 44 states completely refused to provide information. The reality is that those 44 states were giving some of the information but not all. See a cut an paste from the CNN article.

http://www.cnn.com/2017/07/03/polit...voter-fraud-commission-information/index.html
Washington, DC (CNN)Forty-four states and the District of Columbia have refused to provide certain types of voter information to the Trump administration's election integrity commission, according to a CNN inquiry to all 50 states.

Here is what you posted in this thread. There is no wriggle, etc.. All the other stuff is irrelevant. If we all started with holding ourselves accountable for our actions and our words, we might get better results from our Press and our politicians.

44 states have now refused to provide information to Trump's Voter Integrity Commission which was set up solely by Trump in a lame and disingenuous attempt to validate his fraudulent complaint of 3million illegal votes cast for Clinton and which is also a crystal clear attempt to suppress democratic voters and rig elections in Republican's favor.

The states have spoken: Trump is fake news incarnate.

WOW!

The smoking gun!

In my haste to intentionally and with criminal intent post fake news and misleading information in this thread sourced from, according to 'slowandeasy', that alt-left fake news site CNN which, also according to 'slowandeasy', has committed an assault to subvert the constitutional right of an individual to express his right to free speech I consciously omitted the word 'specific' in regards to information in this thread, but not in the other thread which I quoted.

Hoping this apology satisfies the person who claims without proof that CNN is an alt-left site and that it has engaged in assault on the constitution.

I would also hope that 'slowandeasy', the self-proclaimed defender of integrity will provide proof, not his opinion but proof, to his claim that CNN is an alt-left news site which has engaged in an assault on the constitution.

The bar of expectations and integrity has been set so low and reset again and again lower and lower for this president, do you really believe we should completely remove it?

You only said alt right three times there. Perhaps you should add a few more in.

So is it OK to blackmail in that case?
Or should CNN go by a fake user-name so no one knows who is responsible for however-fake their news is?

While true/false, factual/invented are pretty straightforward to establish or call out for not being real, there's something seriously unbalanced about claiming it's some sort of sin or crime to reveal the authorship of a piece that was published with the expressed aim of being seen as widely as possible. If CNN's authorship is known, and they can be properly and fairly targetted for retaliation, why should @realDonaldTrump's ghostwriter/video-producer be absolved from taking equal responsibility for his news-creations?

Free speech is a right, freedom from responsibility is not.

Yes refusing to provide some of the critical information that clearly is violating the privacy of the voters. These are the 44 states that are involved, that Trump stated rightly so as the "numerous" numbers, not the "14 states" that were being portrayed as being the number. This data if not provided is useless to the whole enquiry into this allegation of "voter fraud", that is designed to deflect the bigger investigation into the Russian involvement in the Elections. How does that make CNN "fake"?

Believe what you want to believe, as you are the one who loves the fake news if it benefits your ears.
Go piss up a tree you ignorant fake news fuck! I just proved to you the sources you are quoting are FAKE NEWS, as per the Whitehouse's own mouth! They should know who the hell is refusing publicly available information.

So if a "racist troll" as you say makes a blanket statement about a whole community it's then ok if he's outed?

Like if someone said a whole community should be punished because of the actions of a few then it would be ok for that person to be outed/doxed?

Interesting perspective considering other factors

Yes. All racists must be outed and shamed into submission. They are vile creatures.

Thanks for the laugh, that was a great imitation of a Trump tweet. I must have read your post 3 times, and enjoyed it more with each reading.

I like the part where you ask me to provide proof of a claim you made up.

I am not claiming CNN"s article is fake. The article states very clearly that 44 states have refused to provide certain types of information. By deductive reasoning, that means that they have agreed to provide the rest of the information.
You and others insinuated in your posts that these 44 states refused to provide information. That is blatantly false. I read most of the article, and no where in the article does it indicate that "this data if not provided is useless" (I assume that is a typo and you meant to say "this data if not
provided makes the investigation useless").

Following with the conspiracy theory that "is designed to deflect the bigger investigation...." does not make you any more credible.

There's no way an investigation by the guilty party is credible.

It is all about the investigation that Trump wants to set up to boost his own ego that he lost the popular vote. Where is the evidence that 3 to 5 million illegals voted and all if them voted for Clinton? That is the wild allegation that you and all the rest of the Trump supporters on this board are buying. Not all the 50 states are willing to provide some of the personal data that violates the privacy and rights of their citizens. The 44 states are at the forefront of this refusal. So I do not know what you are going on about the vital data that is required for this investigation to go ahead. It is not a typo as the data is not worth much if it does not have the critical private information of the electorate that was specifically requested. Why do you not question a certain Trump supporter who said that only 14 states are not co-operating and any mention of the 44 states is fake. I guess because anything spewed in favour of Trump is acceptable a for the Trump lovers on this board.

That does not make you credible if you challenge the CNN who have listed the different states and what specific information is being provided by each individual state. Even McConnell a trusted Trump member along with McCain have clearly stated that this whole investigation is a waste of taxpayers cash as well as valuable time.

Strawman..

CNN is "evidence based voices of democracy" ??

My post was not about "defending the first amendment rights of the free press" it was questioning the free press (CNN) assault to to subvert the constitutionally guaranteed rights of an individual.
They don't bash Trump 24/7, and Trump deserves a great deal of the criticism that is heaped upon him. However, the bias at CNN has never been so evident as it is now. It seems like every other time I turn on
CNN, someone is completely just trying to trash Trump. Don Lemon was doing it just last night.
Thanks for the laugh, that was a great imitation of a Trump tweet. I must have read your post 3 times, and enjoyed it more with each reading.

No, thank you for the guffaws.

So instead of wriggling, why don't you provide me proof of your claim about CNN's assault to subvert the constitutionally guaranteed rights of an individual.

No actually thank you for continuing and showing us the definition of wriggling by changing your argument. At least its a bit better this time because you did not try to make up things.

Ha ha.

At least I can acknowledge that the word 'specific' with regard to information was not present in one of my 2 posts on the subject matter that you have taken extreme umbrage with and become so outraged about. Such a pettiness you have displayed with regard to one word consisting of 8 letters.

However, it is painfully and shamefully obvious that you are unable to and incapable of providing proof of your ludicrous claim that CNN committed an assault to subvert the constitutionally guaranteed rights of an individual. Talk about just making 'shit up'!

I suggest that you 'fact check' and 'proof read' your misleading, false and fake statement so that you don't find yourself in a predicament of own your making that causes you to attempt to wriggle and squirm your way out of.
