My bet is the answers to those questions are no, and no. Most likely anything in Weiner's email is unrelated to Clinton or implicates a third party like Abedin, eg because Huma shared stuff with her husband that she shouldn't have.
But Comey needs to come out and say that. "At this point we have no reason to suspect Clinton of any wrongdoing bit we are just being diligent in checking everything" versus "At this point we have specific evidence of possible wrongdoing that we are trying to confirm".
