When you make your donation for visiting ladies, what denominations do you usually use?

I tend to prefer $50s and $100s as it makes it easier to count than a thick roll of $5s etc

Since the OP asked a lady's preference, I'm going to guess the majority of us prefer $50/$100s for the sake of convenience. Even more so when a) you are paying a large sum for her time, or b) it's an agency girl who has to count out a couple hundred at the end of her shift for the cut. Makes errors occur less frequently.
That said, please - oh please - don't ask us for change.
