No, I don't think it is acceptable. But, when everybody does it, the uproar is hypocritical. Hillary has listened to Bill talk like this for decades.
Everybody does't go around saying that they can grab attractive women by the pussy and get away with it because they are a star.

How many of them have also been sued for sexual assault?
Worse, how many are being sued for sexual assault on a 13 year old?

This a Jane Doe accusation from the Jeffrey Epstein case.

There are several Jane Does involved so without further research I don't instantly know if this is the same 'Jane Doe number 3' who also accused Professor Alan Dershowitz and H.R.H. The Duke of York.

Regardless of that I have a fundamental problem with this new trend of making accusations 22 years old!

He has no track record so all people can do is evaluate his moral character.

^ Which basically amounts to government by innuendo and sleaze. Make an accusation against anyone running for public office and say that the incident occurred over two decades ago. Then rely upon "You have the right to be heard. You have the right to be believed," and see if you can't destroy them through innuendo and sleaze.

If Americans only could grow up and get over their hypocrisy over (repressed) sexual habits of their leaders, they might get better government. And we would all be safer.

The French don't care about the sexual exploits of their leaders but then they are French. Trudeau the Elder had a child out of wedlock.

This whole sex thing started with Gary Hart.

It's a good thing that John Kennedy was president when a politician's sex life was his own private matter.

Trump is not running for Pope. He never claimed moral authority. His proposition has been that he’s an asshole (essentially), but we need an asshole to fight ISIS, ignore lobbyists, and beat up Congress. Does it change anything to have confirmation that he is exactly what you thought he was?

But it's ok for Trump to bring up Bill Clinton which was 20 years ago?
What part of elected official do you not understand. When you get into office people expect a higher degree of professionalism. The President should not be living like Snoop dogg. Any ordinary man who is not an elected official can because they are not being paid by taxpayers.

Delusional.
Trump has no military or intelligence-gathering experience, no Washington experience, and...Congress is Republican dominated. There's no reason for a R president to beat them up :sorry:
(And he'd be a terrible security risk. Doesn't even know when the mic he's wearing on his jacket lapel is on).

He can't do any of the things you think he could, or he's claimed he could.
Trump can't build an impenetrable wall and force Mexico to pay for it.
Trump can't stop Muslims from entering the USA.
Trump can't do anything to bring jobs back from overseas.
Trump will not make taxes more fair or whatever BS he said lately.

It's all been a con, you need to snap out of it.

An aversion to sexual assault is not repressive. What's repressive is Trump's abusive attitude towards women: fat shaming, calling them bitches, and joking about sexual assault.

If your comment was in relation to Clinton tolerating her husband's infidelity I would agree but with respect to Trump he's just a sexists lech who thinks women should be jailed for having an abortion.

His abrupt honesty that a lot of Americans seen to lack. Not being afraid to say what's on his mind. Stating the hard truth...anything else?
not afraid to say whats on his mind?.....or simply a lack of impulse control?

Trumpty Dumpty should do the right thing and step down. He has been an embarrassment to the American Democracy.
Won't happen because he is never one to quit. Besides, he still has majority support so I don't think anything will happen.

Sorry but "grab her by the pussy" is not an example of liberated sexuality.

Yes the majority of white American males without any University degrees and married women. However, the married women may not be sticking around after this horrible video.

Could also be that the Republicans that have opposed his comments are from the Bible Belt. So they cannot be seen supporting someone that says such things even though they've likely been sleeping around too. So the Muslim / Mexican ban or encouraging Russian hackers or saying that other countries should have nuclear arms is ok, but this is the issue that causes the most outrage?
