Trump compares immigrants to venomous snakes in speech

Not immigrants. Refugees that cannot be vetted.

Simple concept - you let people you cannot vet into your country from a region of the world hostile to the West - don't expect not to get bitten.

By the way, any reason why you're posting a recording that was made in March?

Surely it hasn't become irrelevant in just a few months. Are you asking because you believe he no longer thinks that way? Or because we should already know he does?

If even puny little Canada can manage to vet refugees, surely the great big USA with its sophisticated and massive security establishment can. Just do it. The ones you can't vet you don't let in. Simple.

What Trump's actually for, is not try even trying to vet any of the refugees his Republican predecessor's wars created. And declaring that callous denial of responsibility and humanity a 'victory' for his people.

The caption applied to this video by the OP says it all about the level of intellectual dishonesty characteristic of the anti-Trump crowd.

99% of people who have ever heard or read that poem understand its point, and it's not about comparing humans to reptiles. I suppose, by extension, the OP also thought George Orwell's Animal Farm was about comparing people to horses, pigs, etc.

If it wasn't why did Orwell put so much effort into the extended metaphor?

Whether it's a "Tale of Two Cities" or Star Trek, writers have long known that you have a better chance of getting a reader to temporarily set aside their prejudices and entrenched positions about a political or moral subject if you remove the issue from its real world context and address it in a fictional setting. The more fantastic and entertaining the fictional setting (a world of talking animals operating under a political structure, or exploration of alien worlds (with curiously human social issues)), the more chance you will draw the reader/viewer in to the story deep enough to see your theme.

Sorry if this causes you to have to re-read a lot of books or re-watch all those Star Trek episodes.

You f*ckin with me - Trek episodes had hidden meaning? Isn't Kirk all about irrationally hating Klingons, phasering aliens, bedding every women including his staff, always demanding the center of attention and ignoring the Prime Directive when it was inconvenient? Ohhh, I see your point, Trump is kind-of like Kirk. Are you suggesting Trump has a fetish for Muslim and Mexican women?

Hillary is like Chekov to me. Annoying little sh*t with insufferable face expressions. I always wanted to slap that guy. And her.

The Americans have a piss-poor four years to look forward to.

Unless the target is a Muslim or a Mexican. It's true that they aren't generally Jew haters.
You mean illegals and jihadists.

Although many of them are, of course.

Plug, what will you do with your days if Trump suddenly resigns tomorrow?

Months of dedicated posting of nonsensical Trumpery will be totally wasted and your life will no longer have focus or purpose.

Why am I not surprised in the least? Trump has done literally hundreds of offensive things, any one of which would have derailed a normal campaign.
So has Black Lives Matter but that's OK, when you hate someone as much as people hate Trump ANYTHING HE SAYS will be magnified to hatred.
Everyone knows that the US has a immigration problem, people sneaking into the states, get deported, then sneaking back in. The trouble with the Trump haters are 2 things.

1) He doesn't sugar coat anything, he doesn't have political correctness ( which in my opinion political correctness is bull s--t ) So sad you actual have someone who tells it like it is
2) Most Americans agree with Trump, there just to chicken shit to admit it

Trump called Mexicans rapists. But the hypocrite has no problem boasting about touching women in the most inappropriate places just because he is a "star". Maybe the sugar coating might have been some gentle foreplay that Old Trumpty Dumpty does not believe in. Why would one be a "hater" for not accepting that this is a normal act to perform on women?
