A year or so ago I walked into a bar/restaurant (try some place new for a change) right here in Dodge City. It wasn't until I was inside that I noticed all the staff and customers were black. I felt out of place and decided to leave.
BTW: I was told by a real Romanian that gypsies are not real Romanians.
According to my real Romanian friend, just because they lived in Romania for centuries doesn't make them real Romanians.
I'll give you another example. Orangemen have lived in Ireland for centuries now (after the conquest) but they don't consider themselves to be Irish. The Duke of Wellington is a famous example.

I will go even further and suggest that not only have the people that loots and burn down shit not read Marx, many of them can probably not read, and likely have very little understanding of politics.
Other than the G20 idiots I would agree, this is one of the reasons they vote for Democrats.
Back in the day I was dating a Toronto Domme named Miranda. I doubt anyone will remember her. Gorgeous blonde with the most beautiful big blue eyes you ever saw. One summer night we were out partying and I suggested we jump on one of those late night party cruises out of the harbour and go for a cruise. She was totally into it. We were semi-juiced at the time. So we pay and jump up the ramp on the boat 5 minutes before it was to head out. It didn't take long to figure out we were the only two Whities on the boat out of maybe 300+ people. It was a Jamaica style outing. Who knew? We decided to stay. One of the best nights ever. Put it this way. She was an absolute 10/10 I mean elite gorgeous. No guys hit on her and were fun and friendly to both of us. I talked Jamaican food with lots of folks. We made friends. Awesome time. I won't ever forget how outstandingly welcoming those folks were that evening even though we were not "supposed" to be there. So I guess everyone has their own way of looking at things.

When I was young and foolish I use to take SC dancers to afterhours booze cans when the SC close. I have no doubt some some, maybe all, the dudes there were packing heat. Nothing bad ever happened to me. That was only a brief period in my life but I don't regret having done it.
I'm originally from Amsterdam, Holland. I've been to most EU countries (although not Denmark yet).
I know there's some racism, as there is in all countries. But I dont believe Denmark as a whole is a racist country.
But then again, we're talking about fuji here

I think the liberal lefties will argue that they should have taken much more than thousands, like maybe millions, billions, etc.
Our local church is sponsoring a Syrian refugee family and there are a lot of challenges and costs associated with sponsoring refugees. Finding housing for them is a big and expensive challenge because they tend to have large families. The adults have no or little marketable skills to earn a living. The father thought maybe he could drive a taxi but he doesn't speak English or know the city. He can't be a Uber because he doesn't have a car..

The right wingies, more like the wrong wingies do not realise that once upon a time our ancestors were immigrants, and some of them may have been refugees. Maybe if they were alive they may have mentioned that they did not immigrate to Canada just to benefit themselves. They did it for their whole families that includes their children. I read some of the ignorant comments about how useless some people perceive certain refugees to be. However, they are finally living in peace and giving their children some opportunities to educate and develop themselves like so many other refugees and immigrants have achieved. Just slamming them for not being of a certain race or religion is plain racism, otherwise what would you call it?
You were "LOL" that the migrants were getting beaten up. The far right thugs have picked on the innocent law abiding immigrants in all the European countries. It hardly makes the news as it has been a daily occurrence in those countries. However, the right wingies on this board have never condemned such an act of violence, instead they blame it on the various Governments for allowing the refugees in. By the way the Daily Telegraph is a right wing newspaper.
The West Germans were happy at first to see the wall come down, however since then they have said that the East Germans are the ones that just took advantage of the generous benefits, as if it was their rights to have them. Obviously, there are probably a number of hard working East Germans and the few who took advantage were the ones that were scrutinised a lot more. The same analogy will be used against the refugees. Dresden is a part of East Germany and is notorious for it's racism. The hotel that was supposed to house the refugees was set on fire and the racists were cheering on as it was burning away. Do you condemn such an act?
Most refugees will contribute to the economy like all the previous refugees. So you know one family that does not have "marketable skills". Do all the thousands of refugees fall in the same category? Do you have anything positive to say about the other thousands or do you think the rest of the refugees are like this guy? If there is another conflict in Ireland and thousands flee to Canada what would you say about this scenario?
Time will tell how much positive contribution they make to Canada. I hope they do succeed - for them and for our country. If they fail, then it is all Prime Minister Trudeau's fault.

The Irish speak English (at least I think it is English) and almost all of them are Catholic. They will do just fine. There are currently 5 million Canadians who can trace their roots back to Ireland. Canada as we know it would not exist without them.
