I think it's better with an SP.
With a civilian there are more limitations.
I'm not into anything too kinky or weird but there are certain requests with a long term civilian that you can't take back if she doesn't do or like that. Ooo, that's gross or in her mind you're a pig.
I'm still a pig with an SP but I don't have to look her in the eye everyday.
Cum in mouth isn't that important to me but I do enjoy a good face fuck. I can ask an SP if that is on the menu, not so much her civilian counterpart. It may happen but I wouldn't be comfortable coming right out and asking.

Neither of the two. I vote MPA, cause very few know how to make it in slow motion like in the video below. Every so often on a rare occasion my brain gets blown to a billion pieces, body feels like its floating, room is spinning and red. The time is up I get up barely remembering my name, asker how much I own you, tell her I had a good time. Leave and no need to worry about anything else once that door closes. I dont think civies are experienced as much some, actually very few, of the highly talented MPA. They figure it out becuase they know and understand the repeat business well. You give her repeat business and tip well, she feels good that she has repeat businesses, and you feel good that you can get this from a non civie just by paying and being nice, without jeopardizing your marriage. Why would I even want to look at a civie in a sexual way knowing I can just pay for it and not undermine my marriage, actually make it better and stronger cause she has no more power over me witholding sex and I do not feel resentful of her and my marriage.
Sex in the beginning of a relationship with your gf or wife can be better because it's new, there's an emotional connection whether you're having sex or not, you're technically not paying for it and no time constraints. SP's can get very close to replicating the emotional connection and I praise all the lovely ladies that give it their all, but there's only so much she can do in a given amount of time.
Now if you're only looking for a one-time, purely physical or porn star experience with no emotional connection at all, then an SP would obviously be better. That's not to say that a one-night stand with a civilian would not be any worse. Or that it's impossible for your gf or wife to want to get into the crazy freaky porn star stuff. Just a matter of posing the question to her the right way.

If you're get complacent in a relationship you can turn your gf or wife from being a dud to being mechanical.

My experience over the years has mainly been with civies, my SO and the odd MPA or lap dance in a SC. Based on that, I think the answer is, it depends. I would say, it all comes down to the connection you have.
