Lewandowski grabbed her by the arm leaving finger marks and physically pulled her back. There is a significant difference involved.
I hope he does that every time a reporter, male or female, is somewhere they don't belong.

Moral of this story: Follow the rules and you have nothing to worry about and don't cry wolf and exaggerate when you don't follow the rules.

Fact: no charges.....no crime occured. The rest is actually your opinion.
That depends upon your definition of "crime." Indeed it is correct to say that he was not tried, nor was he convicted. That is not the same as saying no criminal act occurred.

In which case sooner or later the odds will catch up with him. The real lesson is don't grab people so hard that you leave a hand print on their arm. Sooner or later you are going to run into a more aggressive D.A.'s Office.

The D.A. made a decision based on law and common sense. Fields should get a life and a new job.

"The police and the DA carefully reviewed that video and all the evidence and concluded it depicts Corey Lewandowski battering Michelle Fields. He has been arrested and charged." fuji

The DA reviewed the evidence and decided that there was no reasonable chance of gaining a conviction.

Did you catch the line that probable cause did exist for charging lewandowski? And that they validated Fields claim that she was grabbed? Which also proved that Corey Lewandowski is a liar. Moreover, validates that an act of violence was committed against a pesky reporter.

The DA is saying that Lewandowski could argue that he thought he was protecting Trump. It's a dubious claim, but they say they can't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he wasn't.

Sure, but the DA also confirmed that he did grab her, which proves that Lewandowski is a liar, along with AK who is still trying to live the lie.

The question is whether yanking on someone's arm rises to the level of criminal assault. There is no question that he did so.
No doubt that Lewandowski is a liar, but also no doubt that the prosecutor does not have enough evidence to prove an assault. I am not saying that
means' it 100% certain that an assault did not happen, but it does cast a very large shadow over this woman's claims that she was assaulted, and that
it was the worst thing that has happened to her since her father's death..

Conclusion: If you thing that Lewandowski is a dirtbag for lying (I know that I do) then the woman (I refuse to look up her name because ) is also a dirtbag for lying.
You can't suck and blow at the same time Fuji.

That's not accurate. They have enough evidence to prove an assault. They have stated he did grab her. They dropped the charge because he might have a defence to having committed the assault, namely, claiming that he was protecting Trump.

Stating that he has a defence is not the same as stating it didn't happen.

As for Fields, she lied about nothing. She has been totally vindicated with the authorities fully backing her version of events.

You lose points for Ghomeshi. He is a dirtbag, and he will eventually get caught
I'm not saying he isnt, but his accusers lied on the stand (according to the judge)

At 12:30 of the video the assistant DA states that the photos that Fields took that night show no bruising and do not look even remotely close to the photos she provided a few days later
There you go. It wouldnt surprise me if the made those bruises herself

Around 6:04 of the video, is where you get the prosecutors decision. The woman is a complete liar because she claimed that she was assaulted and she pretended it was a violent assault.
Fuji you can see that she was not violently assaulted, and by not admitting this, you prove to everyone on this board that you are worst than Lewandowski and Trump, because you pretend to be better than them. Now please dont shoot the messenger.

It looks like he grabbed her by the jacket close to the bicep.

Arguing these details is moot. We have the analysis by Ellis stating that Field's version of events was accurate and provable in court.

She dropped the case because she felt Lewandowski could argue he was protecting Trump and take that arguments far enough to create at least a reasonable doubt.

In other words, Field's version was totally accepted by the DA but they didn't feel it added up to a conviction.

Nope, you're wrong again. At 14:00 the DA says any contact Lewandowski made with Fields was accidental and not intentional. It requires intentional touching for it to qualify as battery under Florida law.
