The Ocean Quahog is the oldest living creatures.

Not seeking to be difficult or unappreciative of this fun thread, but some trees live thousands of years, perhaps eclipsing your poor quahog by a multiple of 10 or more. So, again, it depends on what qualifies as a creature.

I'm jealous! Always wanted to meet Lonesome George.
The shame of it is, he is no longer with us, so now you will not have the opportunity.
As you may know, he was called "Lonesome George" because there was no one left of his particular species with whom he could mate. I am sure he would have enjoyed meeting you.
But while you cannot now meet Lonesome George, you could meet someone who has met Lonesome George...

A tree is not a creature.

It was invented in the late 1800s so that the doctor did not embarrass women by having to put their ear to their chest. Or embarrass the doctor from getting a hard-on. chest.

Odd, given the implied lack of biological sophistocation in your initial limitation of what might quality as a creature: "non bacteria".
I took it to mean a creature that is larger/more complex than a bacteria, i.e. part of the animal kingdom.
