i thought the jays pitchers got hit hard all night, just right them most of the time, even the last two outs were rockets right at someone I believe. I'm a fan but they can't hit good pitching, cueto or kueto is suspect at best.

Jays are a great one dimensional team, when that dimension doesn't work, look out below. Most fans know the series is over, but it was a fun ride. Anyone confident after that game is just a cheerleader, kc will be business as usual today.
Well, no. We lost Game #1 probably because we were emotionally flat after the comeback against TEX and becaue of a solid Volquez start. We lost Game #2 because Price lost his location in the 7th. And KC had their mini comeback in the 9th in Game #3 because we inserted Hendricks (a second tier reliever) who was too nervous and disorganized to pitch effectively. And we did that because the game was out of reach of any KC comeback.

So they scored 4 runs in the 9th??! They were down 7 runs and no team makes that deficit up. Even with a KC flurry, Game #3 was never in doubt. The 9th inning rally which scored 4 runs was the best case KC result against a lesser quality reliever.

Game #4 will be won if Dickey out pitches the KC hurler. Simple as that. We owned KC at Rogers this past season. We took 3 of 4 and lost the 4th game on a Lowe melt down in the 8th.

KC are a scrappy team with a lot of high average contact hitters who can string together a rally and an excellent bullpen. Those are their strengths. They're not the '27 Yankees.

Great win for the Jays, but with Trudeau winning the election say goodbye to Price. No way he stays in Canada and sees over half his pay check gone in income taxes.
It does not work that way, saxon. Only a small portion of his income will be taxed in Canada. He will actually physically be in Canada about 90 days so his Canadian wages will be pro-rated to be subject to tax in Canada. There will be a large portion of his income paid in the state of Florida, Texas or Nevada prior to the season that will be subject only to 15% Canadian withholding tax and no state tax. If done right, a large portion will be allocated to an American annuity to be taxed at a later date. Many athletes skip this step. The rate of income tax in Ontario is comparable to the State of California or New York. Actually, for many years until the NDP took over, Alberta had the best income tax rate for those at the $2-3 million level.

Serenity prevails. There is one significant positive from game 2, Tulo's scapula appears to be healing.
As Cleavon Little once said, "I'm so good"...and Tulo whipped it out..er I mean hit it out.

Tulo is going through hell but he's stoic. I'm sure that each time he swings and misses a razor slices through his shoulder blade, but he's proving his doubters wrong.

The pitching staff has to step up better, Hendricks should have held. The Royals have depth in the bullpen, in order for us to take the series we must continue to mash like it's 1999. I hope Dickey's knuckler befuddles today.

Still serene.

Osuna was just teasing them

*wipes sweat off forehead*
Just heard on morning talk show that both Osuna and Sanchez have 'blister' problems. Osuna can't throw a slider with blister on his middle finger. Jays need to come up with a plan to keep KC top two hitters off the basepaths. JoeBat didn't have a good game defensively last night. I thought he looked like he was sulking out there. He could have still pissed about the incident from Gm2.

I believe it is pro rated state by state as well. To pay local taxes. But about half will be paid in Canadian taxes as half the games are played here.

But yes some states combined with federal US taxes they pay more.

The question is will perception over rule the reality.

What the fuck was Goins thinking. Seriously.
Yeah.. Brutal defensive player. You should teach him a few things.

Seriously. Mistakes happen. The Jays have been lucky to have Goins' defines. He has saved a hell of a lot more runs than he has cost them. Your statement is foolish.

I am calling for a new sexy SP:D
SP Dicky is suck and out of the game. It's not over but we can be realistic by thinking that we can go back to KC down 3-2 after tomorrow game. Then, anything can happen there over the weekend.
