In January 2012, he was charged with public intoxication in Vaughan and paid a $65 fine. The address listed on the ticket belongs to Whiskey A Go Go, which describes itself as “a world-class adult entertainment nightclub.”
My office isn't too far from his HQ, so word spreads around this area like wild fire, but it could be speculation too.

You know that it's an "authoritative source" when the writer misspells the word "Attorney-general".

Fred should do me a favour and have an emoticon for "face palm" when I read some of these posts.
We should also get a 'sigh' post if there's one. Never saw one anywhere I don't think.

Probably a long way in what she imagined her fairy tale marriage to the heir to the family fortune would be like. I'm sure she'll stick with him because even a jail bird convicted drunk driver billionaire that kills 3 kids is still a billionaire at the end of the day. Heaven help her though if she opens her legs for some other dude whilst she was supposed to be quietly suffering.
True.

The evidence against is irrefutable; the overriding concern is the sentence, not conviction (by a jury).
I do believe he is allowed choosing from the two (Judge of Jury). If I were him I stay away from a jury.

I considered that; I just read that Ghomeshi's lawyers have opted to do the same, given negative public opinion. I don't believe there's a jury in the world that wouldn't find Muzzo guilty; the outcome from a bench hearing I'm not as confident about.

Naaaaaah... Go for Judge and Jury. I'm hoping he's on TERB and takes my advice!

Then again it might not be too hard for someone with big connections to bribe a few jurors. That's how John Gotti got acquitted in one of his trials. As a matter of fact at Gotti's last trial they switched juries at the last second to avoid any tainted jurors and they finally convicted him.

I meant he should go for Judge and Jury. You're not going to find a sympathetic jury member, especially if they have kids.

This guy's going down just a question of how with his lawyer's advice he manages the process. Guilty plea at the start of the trial is my guess for an agreed upon sentence of at least six years.

I disagree, from what I've read about this character he's arrogant and feels he's privileged and as such I think he will fight this trying everything in the book to discredit witnesses and evidence.

You may be right. In that case let's hope when the judge finds him guilty he gets the max!!!
