MP Scene in Ottawa

I am coming for a visit to Ottawa. I am used to the MP scene in Toronto. What can I expect in O-Town?

The only MP's in Ottawa that come close to the high-end spas in TO are Vibe, Paradise/Angel's and from what I've heard CMJ. If you want an unbelievable massage go to Michelle's, if you want more of an "adult" massage go to Vibe, Paradise or Angel's.
