Ladies & Gentlemen:
I have a wartime house in Oakville built in the 40's/50's. I already put a proper egress window in the basement when I bought it and now want to update/upgrade the rest of the basement windows. It's hard finding co's for such a small job and I want someone good as I've already dealt with some not so professional/experienced contractors. All 5 windows are above grade and I'm not certain if I want to go bigger or not. That will have to be discussed and is partly dependent on budget. I don't mind paying for quality work, I just want to avoid getting ripped off/taken advantage of again.
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!
Sincerely,
Miss Sophia Sinclair
