Been juicing for a couple weeks now and last I checked my tests are doing better than eva...
Yeah seriously I have been juicing for a short while and already see amazing results....my skin more glow, seems like I have more energy and I have more endurance.
I don't know if there is any negative to having that much concentrate in one shot. What happens if I stop, am I messing up my system in the long run.
My faves are beets, carrots, Asian Pear.
Starting to experiment with ginger root, although very strong, wheat grass, radish and cucumber.
Anybody else like to juice...what are some of your fave belnds. I made sure to get a slow rpm juicer with auger so it can do salads, wheat grass and roots.
Because of this I went nuts in my backyard and started planing all these organics and watering with my rain barrel![Big grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
I have have nutri bullet and blender, but juicing is so much more enjoyable, especially after an intense workout.
