To Fuji...In my opinion, out call is in fact the safest method going forward in a post C36 world. Do you have any idea the amount of information LE would need to gather just to find 1 out call customer and will that be worth it to them? Ive said it before....there are much easier pickings out there.

Steph
Well, all it would take would be an agency to be coerced into "cooperating" with LE (potentially to avoid charges themselves) to cause a lot of guys a lot of trouble. Maybe I'm just being paranoid. But just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't out to get you..

That's of course assuming that we do in fact keep detailed client information. I do believe that out call is the safest method going forward ( no disrespect to my in call friends Thumper...don't get upset ).
Asses your comfort factor going forward. It's all you and we as agencies can do.
15 years ago agencies putting up websites was brand new. Clients needed to develop relationships with agencies they found in the yellow pages. Services were never discussed. Ever. Gfe didn't even exist. The industry evolved. It's evolving again. We will figure it out. We always do.....

Not his fault...

Much like ;), :D is highly misunderstood and often misinterpreted.
Her inference with the words 'THOSE INCALL GUYS' is that ALL incall guys are bullies
Next time chose the words more carefully
Like maybe""SOME OF THOSE INCALL GUYS""

You're way overreacting like a drama queen. Even I get what she means. Chill out.

(perhaps I'm wrong but i think she simply means 'client demand for incalls' i.e, "bullying for incalls" VS outcalls. and it has nothing to do with "agencies" as DB123 states above)

You're right. I just assumed it would be understood that I was joking about agencies. Not clients. My apologies if you thought I was insulting clients. Really, it was a jab at Andy :D.

I look up in the air, quietly whisper.. "hmmm... all it would take would be an agency to be coerced into "cooperating", a harp begins to climb the musical scale and lull's me into a day dream...

Me: Nyah see? Nyah! You'll neva' catch me coppa' see?
LE: We've gotcha Don, you can't get away, we've got Bill-C36, now you're done for!
Me: (Exasperated look on my face, camera closes up) Bill-C36!!! OK! OK!
LE: Give me 400 client phone numbers and I may just look the other way
Me: 400!!! That's kind of steep, what about 200, 30 of them ending in the lucky number 7 (little did he realize that was probable anyways :D )
LE: 350, and not a number less!
Me: 250! And I'll pay my parking tickets, and promise never to idle more than 3 minutes while waiting for an outcall!
LE: 300! And the paid parking tickets! That's my final offer, and I don't bother you for a month!
Me: Done!!!

The harp plays again, now I'm standing above my phone girls cracking the whip yelling:
"Bring in those phone numbers!!! Next month, they'll need 400 to keep them quiet!!! Book those calls!!! I don't care who it is, just book it!!! Forget about the girls safety!!! We need numbers!!!!

Then I wake up in a cold sweat, the phone rings, Liz on the disply...
Me: Hello?
Liz: Morning!
Me: I had a bad dream, I was giving numbers to LE to keep them from shutting us down...
Liz: We're you reading TERB again???

...

I know I could have just as easily typed, "Man, that's just paranoid. But to be honest, what I typed above was so much more fun.

Enjoy :)

I can appreciate your consternation as to anonymity under this wretched new law, but you are wrong here on this point.

Every agency needs to know the location of their girls in case they don't hear back from them.

It's not enough to know the hotel or condo building. They need to know where she is exactly. Otherwise, it would be a wild goose chase for any manhunt to find a missing person when every minute counts.

However, every agency should delete details of any appointment after it's time and the lady is safe with the paid fee.
Not true at all. The driver needs to know where the girl is. The agency has no legitimate reason whatsoever to know the address.

I absolutely respect the safety of our clients and truly, fuck you for suggesting otherwise to try and prove an idiotic point.
Sorry but you don't, and your resort to swearing shows the poverty of your argument. If you respected the safety of clients you would implement measures that ensure not only that their address isn't logged anywhere, but that they verifiably know that it isn't being logged anywhere. I have explained how to do that in a way that ensures the safety of the escort. Your objections are pure attitude, completely unhelpful, and irrational. Think about this objectively and realize that things are NOT the same as they were before C36, you cannot simply carry on doing what you used to do. You have to adapt to the new legal reality.

Here is what has changed under C36 from the way things used to be:

The police can arrest every single one of your clients based on your booking record, coupled with testimony from one or two of your SP's, who for whatever reason decide to co-operate with the police. Your booking records can be used to track down every client those SP's saw, and their testimony can put every single one of them in jail.

That threat needs to be nullified by ensuring that you do NOT have the addresses. In that case the police can't reliably track down who the clients were and it becomes a much less interesting case, netting maybe one or two clients, instead of, say, two hundred.
