The problem is, what do you do to a person to punish them for their actions if they are dead? You cannot do anything... so you make it clear that their loved ones will suffer in their stead. It is not racism... it is creative thinking to a solve a difficult problem.

Hamas even goes so far as to claim that the Protocols of the Elders of Zion (a fabrication that claims there is a Jewish conspiracy to take over the world) is a legitimate document.
