Fraudulent Conservative Election!

MPAsquared

The Conservatives won the election fair and square. A few transgressions here and there does not a fraud make. I've never even heard of that link Emily and I can tell you the Council of Canadians is a left wing outfit that wouldn't know objectivity if it smacked them in the face.

We know that in 2015 the Conservatives will not get another majority. It will be a Liberal majority or minority and there is no question in my mind they will do nothing to repeal C-36.

There are plenty of other articles about this. We can agree to disagree

Actually, its those who seek to suppress the will of the Canadian voter, simply because they don't like the victor, who are the ones who seek to suppress democracy and freedom. So, that would be the OP.
How did you feel about the voter's choice when Wynne decimated Hudak?

Is MPAsquared really groggy? I think they are the only ones that believe this hyperbole.

That's the Conservative spin, however it may also be true (that the COC wish to annul the election in those ridings because they don't like the results).

The Council of Canadians are a left-wing organization and lobby group, and I wouldn't put much faith in the reporting of PressTV.

They mentioned that unknown persons made calls about a change in poll locations in Etobicoke, perhaps to confuse outstanding voters late in the day? (I know that Ted Opitz won by a slim margin over Liberal Borys Wrzesnewskyj, and those were double-checked).

How many of those citizens complained?

The judge pointed out that the COC could not produce one grieving voter that was affected.

However, it's not good that this happened, and that it most likely points to the Conservative camp.

There's no proof of a conspiracy from the top, but shouldn't the CPOC executive conduct their own internal investigation as to WTF happened?

This does not make for good optics as far as the CPOC goes.

Thank you Emily for this post. :-0~

Since we're playing with the wayback machine....What's worse - robocalls or taking bribe money? PCs or Liberals? Take your pick.

Guess you haven't been around politics eh? This is a total non story. The Conservatives won a big majority and it was above board as much as any other election.

All bad. Ndp!

No Damn Possibility!

Im not really into giving away half my hard earned income to support deadbeats. I also don't particularly like the idea that the greater good trumps the rights of the individual. The masses can lick my balls.

I hated it, and accepted it. See how it works?
Exactly and now I hate it that Harper and his minion have the reigns and in 2015 I'm going to do my part to get him out and Justin in! Plus wait until the Duffy trial starts, you haven't seen anything yet.

I saw Justin Trudeau act like he was a 10-year old boy when he was supposed to be acting like a world leader. Several times, I've seen that, actually. But he does have great hair, and that's what's important in leader, to some people.

Many folks do not vote based on issues but vote based on charm and you will at least give me that Justin kicks Harper's (AKA HARPO) ass, especially from a woman's perspective. I'd love to see Harper and Justin in a boxing match, now that would be worth the price of admission.

I don't care if my leader has charm. Charm is a 0% factor in my assessment. I care if he is a serious professional who will run the country well. If you are voting for Prime Minister of Canada based on who would win a boxing match, please don't vote.

Well I think that voting in such a way that at least a Harper Government, is not a majority government is going to be better than what is happening now. I have been doing a bunch of research and have found that in two other cases the government has tried to pass bills that infringe upon our rights when it comes to search and seizure. One regarding online activity with Bill C-30 and the other regarding the Consumer Protection Act with Bill C-6, that changed to Bill C-51 after a public uproar, and now falls under a section of Bill C-36 that already passed in 2010. The public outroar did cause amendments to the bill, so speaking up does have value in numbers.

Don't forget to please sign this petition.... we need to hear the voice of Canadians in numbers.

https://www.change.org/p/stephen-harper-do-not-endanger-the-lives-of-sex-workers

And if you can take the time to write a letter, please send it to Elizabeth May, MP at:

9711 Fourth St, Sidney, BC V8L 2Y8

I am not suggesting you that you have to like Elizabeth May as a leader, but she is willing to speak for us before the senate if we send her letters. Signing the online petition does have some merit if we get the numbers, and helps to unite us with other organizations/individuals behind stopping Bill C-36.

Come on, stop playing games. You know why I will not vote for the Reform Party and I know very well you vote based on issues that you feel align with your beliefs and interest. You also know I'm sure that I speak about much of the electorate and rest assured I will be voting as surely as you will. Just don't vote for parties that think you are a pervert, a creep, a desperate individual victimizing pretty women for your pleasure because this is in your best interest.

If you think Justin Trudeau thinks any more highly of you or cares about you as an individual (even if he knew you), you are of course quite wrong. He just wants your vote, and if elected he WILL disrespect you just as much as you feel the current government is disrespecting you. You're simply picking one issue and making it your case for change. That's great - that's democracy - but the Liberals are unconcerned about your personal desires; they just want your vote too.
