Growth depends on consumption eith international - China buys our resources or domestic - we sell more to each other. The Ontario government has little control of the former. Even the federal govt has little control.
In the domestic market, there is too little demand. The poir have no money and the middle class is in debt.
What is required is more money in the hands of.common people. Therefore
1) build and repair infrastructure.
2) Raise minimum wage
3) make it easier to form new unions and locals.
4) only do govt procurement from fair wage providers
5) reduce student debt
6) offer a $5K grant for new jobs
7) totally end the foreign workers program TFW
