Look at how much passion he displays in an effort to continue to save money for the taxpayers.He has physically shoved councillor McConnell, brought a former member of his staff onto the floor of council, and apparently packed the gallery with Ford nation types who are now being unruly.

I believe he would have to pay his own legal costs but Council would have to defend, which would cost money.Can council not vote to withhold funds for his legal costs.
