The National Memo and people talk about Fox News!

In any event I'm pleased to learn that you and Joe Conason have gained the ability to read the content of peoples hearts.

Blackrock so you know that no Republican member of the House of Representatives, actually cares about people who are uninsured?

Not you think or you believe, but you know.

Every rep that voted against ACA is a piece of pond scum that hates the poor, wants to go back to the good old days of cancelled policies, preexisting conditions, disaster only insurance, can't keep kids on policy millions with no insurance. Look at how many of these piece of shit GOP governors wont enrole people for medicaid even though feds pay.

Their vote says how they feel. 20 years from now they will be ashamed of that vote just like the segregationists.

Liberals trying to look dumber than usual and shift blame from their own disastrous polices and execution… that's the thing about spoiled children, it's never their fault…

Disasterous policies, not so much, nobody wants them rescinded, well 33% but that is GOP hard base. They can be ignored as ignorant, crazy or greedy people so they don't count. Execution "fumbled the ball" as POTUS said. 6 months from now it will all have made no difference. ACA is here to stay.

No one? Not at all, but their actions speak louder than words. The care they have is greatly overshadowed by their over juiced hatred for Obama.

I noticed you didn't answer my question. What points are incorrect?

Or perhaps they want a better plan than the ACA.

The above should be framed. "I don't like them, hence they are 'ignorant, crazy and/or greedy'"
I stand by it 100% who should win on ACA, the 33%who oppose it or the 60+% who want ACA or singe payer? I side with the obvious majority.

ACA is permanent until nation ready for single payer. Anyone who believes otherwise is just painfully naive.

Low bar....
For the last 50 years, the population wanted a universal health care system. The ACA is a republican last ditch effort to avoid a universal system.

I'm not at all sure that this is true

Further a "Republican effort?" It was passed entirely with Democrat votes, by their own choice since both Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid refused to allow any constructive amendments.

Further, even if we accept your premise, what type of Universal Care is it that is wanted: a system like the Swiss, or a system like the British National Health Service?

We have Bern over this. The ACA idea was created by the very conservative Heritage Foundation as an antidote to single payer which they felt was inevitable if they did not come up with a private alternative. SCAr was a totally conservative idea but they wanted it held in reserve in case they needed it to fight medicare. The thing was Romney, a GOP governor of a liberal state needed an achievement to solidify himself. It worked and popularized Romneycare.

Obama and his backers believes they had the GOP in a trap. How could they oppose their own idea? Amazingly they acted as if they had never heard of it but the Heritage, Romney fingerprints are all over it.

You have any polling numbers? I don't remember Ted Kennedy doing that well on this issue.
