Probably some guy like Strom Thurmond, who was in the Senate for about 100 years. Possibly Ronald Reagan, combining Presidential and California Governor votes. Maybe Richard Nixon, if Vice Presidential votes count. I'll go with Nixon.

Gilligan saved the Skipper while they were in the Navy by pushing him out of the way of a depth charge. Skipper said that Gilligan hadn't saved his life, but only prolonged it.

Not that I'm disputing anything but this is more of a technical question.

Nobody really votes for the VP. He's just riding the coattails of the prez candidate as opposed to being a separate choice that people can vote for. (I know. I never actually asked a question.)
