Nope.
Maravich still holds the record for most career points in NCAA DI Basketball, (3,667 points; 44.2 PPG), but he did that in three seasons. When Maravich played college ball, and until the early 1970's, freshmen were not allowed to play for the varsity team, and plsyers were not eligible for the NBA Draft until their college class graduated, so players like Jerry West, Oscar Robertson, Lew Alcindor, etc. only had three opportunities to make an All-America team.
