The TV guys said they checked the video and confirmed it wasn't an HR.when Edwin hit (what the monitor by the food stall said was a HR, then it was called back? Just curious if anyone knows why (?)

It was a double, it hit the 'N' in Nikon, and bounced down, with the camera angle, was tough to tell whether it hit facing and bounced back onto field, or the wall.quick question about today's game....
I was at today's game, (oooooh we had awesome seats ) but I was grabbing food when Edwin hit (what the monitor by the food stall said was a HR, then it was called back? Just curious if anyone knows why (?)
Ps - I'm liking Redmond and yes - definitely agree that Davis should be in LF full-time
Johnson should not be starting, unfortunately, they ain't got no one else! Happ ain't ready and Romero needs to continue mental rehab in Buffalo. If you went to McGowan he'd probably blow out his arm. If Johnson isn't embarrassed at this point he never will be.I think you keep Johnson in the rotation to the end of the year......and out of sheer embarrassment, he can only get better...and if not, no qualifying offer..... When Drabek and Hutchison are ready...and maybe Stroman......go to a 7 or 8 man rotation in September. I have positive feelings about those 3 guys. And lets hear it for Todd Redmond...done a great job as number 4 starter (relegating Johnson to 5).
With due respect to JJ, he looked pretty damned glum and humiliated in the dugout after being yanked. I am guessing it's pretty lonely in the locker room as well.Johnson should not be starting, unfortunately, they ain't got no one else! He should look glum he is awful! Not just Mcgowan, bull pen isn't as sharp as it was earlier, probably a little overworked. With due respect to JJ, he looked pretty damned glum and humiliated in the dugout after being yanked. I am guessing it's pretty lonely in the locker room as well.
McGowan has been less impressive of late. I wonder if the arm isn't already starting to hurt.

Umps got the call right (they reviewed it).
I noticed that tooBy the way, whats with the snub by JB against EE when he hit the 2 homers in the same inning?
JB upset that EE declined to participate in the home run derby.By the way, whats with the snub by JB against EE when he hit the 2 homers in the same inning?
Oh that would explain everything...can't believe I didn't think of that.JB upset that EE declined to participate in the home run derby.
JB needs to re-assess. Gone are the many walks of a couple of years ago. The average is slowly sliding away and he is hit and miss in clutch situations. Sometimes he comes through in fine style. Other times, he flails and then takes a tantrum and big sulky-wulk. Between Lawrie and Bautista the Jays' club-house must feature about as many tantrums as a pre-schoolers daycare centre. The way it's going, Gibby probably changes their nappies. He was still pouting from his own bad at bat...does show selfishness though.....and he probably realizes EE is now the better player (so is Jose reyes)
So JB, who 'didn't' participate in the HRD is in a slump. OMG, it's the inverse curse!!!JB upset that EE declined to participate in the home run derby.
P.S.Jose Bautista - 2012 Pre: .244 AVG, 27 HR, 65 RBIs, .360 OBP, .540 SLG, .899 OPS
Post: .174 AVG, 0 HR, 4 RBIs, .333 OBP, .294 SLG, .627 OPS

How do you unravel the unraveled? This is the kind of team that can unravel fast and lose 10 in a row.
Name names Jack. Don't be a pussy. THey didn't get hired for they skill with a pen or a scalpel. This is what I see.
The Jays club house is run by Narcissists who didn't complete high school...
Nobody cares about winning or the little, complicated things that win baseball games...
It's all about Looking Good and Flexing For My Fans and My Personal Stats.
Gibby may as well stay in bed for all the impact he has...
